Epic Militaria Reviews

I bought a German SA High Leader's Kepi from them and found the quality to be superior! When it comes down to originality compared to the originals is an authentic work of art as distinguished from the other reproductions. Its a perfect copy.

I also bought a German Waffen-SS Fez of the German 13th Mountain division of the SS Handschar 1st Croatian. The quality was astonishing as it is exactly like the originals!

I recommend these for the discriminating collector like myself. You won't be disappointed but delighted!

The customer service and staff are wonderful.

Nothing was too much trouble and very quick response and help to emails. Excellent

This place is perhaps the best place to buy replicas from. I bought a german m42 helmet, it arrived the date it should. Damn the quality is good, and they won’t empty your wallet. They’re doing it 5/5

I had a very nice experience with Epic Militaria for my first order, the customer service was effective and very friendly. Will order again ! (y)

Made a couple of orders with these guys this year. Both arrived quickly and well packaged (although one of the packages did suffer a bit at the hands of the courier, the contents was fine).

Surplus gear just seems to be getting more expensive, so I can't comment on prices, but the stuff I brought seemed reasonable.

Would happily use them again.

A great company. Multiple orders this year and one that needed return due to wrong size ordered. Very fast response and delivery. Highly recommended.

ECXELENT E-SHOP,TOP QUALITY ITEMS,SERVICE AND VERY FAST SHIPING.I GIVE 6 STARS.

Awesome, just awesome! I am a low-key military reproduction collector and I just wanted a certain miltary style of hat for my personal collection. I have had an indifferent experience with another company before (not Epic) so before going ahead, I checked Epic Militaria's reviews on Trust Pilot and as they were invariably good, I went ahead. The ordering process was painless, and the goods came much quicker than I had expected. The product itself was a thousand times better than I would have hoped for and if I had been in a room with one hundred similar hats to choose from, in both quality and price, I would have chosen the hat that they sent. The price was fabulous and the quality, I would certainly use them again and again.

Great items, fast shipping. If you are a collector of ww2 militaria then this is the shop for you,got my 1st order of spray paint for my WW2 US M1 Helmet which was a Terrific match, and very fast drying,2nd item, is a very nice repro ww2 us M3 knife, one of the best copies i've seen, and at a Great price too.

Jeg købte en øst tysk coat som så ud som ny, jeg bestilte varen og efter 3 dage kom den. Hjemmesiden virker rigtig god og jeg vil med 100% komme tilbage.

This shop, though I do not live in the UK, is the No. 1 adress for me to browse for militaria items. The product quality, choice and sheer scale make it fun to order again and again. Because what you see is what you get!
Regarding service, the answer speed is astonishingly fast and competent as well as friendly. Props to your staff!
I've always experienced speedy and complete deliveries. From ordering via air mail until delivery it takes seven days at most, five was the fastest. Another point from the 3-point line!
Looking forward to receiving my next order.

I ordered a SS 1944 jacket or something like that and they sent the wrong size. They haven’t responded. It’s been a week. If you’re from the US, don’t buy.

First class customer service, straightforward and efficient. Purchased a jacket of the wrong size which was returned and replaced very quickly. Also a good quality item and value for money.

I bought replicas of sleeve insignia at Epic Militaria,
the quality of used materials and their design was excellent, very close to the original. Communication with the seller and shipping was seamless and very fast, despite the fact that the shipment went through half of Europe (and pandemic restrictions).

i was changing my address and it temporarily kick me off the sight my son was sad and i was mad what please fix that

I’ve ordered 4 - 5 separate times and after each order I was compelled to order again due to my satisfaction.
Not only is the product provided of outstanding quality, the service is rapid. Much faster than one would expect. Epic Militaria have set the bar in this regard. It’s worth noting; I’m in the United States and the shipping from Epic Militaria has proven faster than a package received from inside my state.
I’m happy to support a business with such quality and traits.
Recommending them is only natural.

Produits qualitatifs et equipe très à l'écoute
Livraison impeccable et dans les délais

amazing company always have great prices speedy shipping and fantastic customer service

Outstanding company. Good well priced products with super speedy delivery. Doesn’t get much better than this. Highly recommended.

A genuinely excellent company!!

I bought a lot of items Last year to make a Band of Brothers US Airborne outfit.
From the moment I got in touch with them, their customer service was excellent.
All the goods arrived very promptly & I was very pleased with the quality & look of everything I purchased.
The price was very competitive & better than most for such quality goods!
Sadly CV19 caused cancellation of a few do’s that had been planned to celebrate VE Day so the outfit only got one outing!!
Unfortunately the trousers split & couldn’t be repaired.
I rang Epic & they asked me to return them immediately promising me a replacement or money back!
Their attitude was excellent & was so refreshing to hear with their returns policy!
I’ve had dealings with other companies & their first action is to try to blame the customer for any fault that has occurred!!
NO such problem with Epic Militaria!
They were Very apologetic that their goods had not lived up to the high quality standards that they set!!
They sent me a new pair out once they’d received my old pair!
It’s really nice to deal with a company that backs its goods & doesn’t try to hide from its responsibilities to its customers!
It has been a pleasure to deal with them, their goods, staff & customer service is second to none! 10/10.
Thank you very much for all your help during my various purchases! You’ll always be my only choice for any military goods
A Very satisfied customer
Tim.
