Really easy, good way to keep track of appointment and horses notes

Using Equigate as a customer has been brilliant! An easy way to be in contact with my practitioner, appointments all detailed, invoices in one place, and downloadable treatment reports that I can share with owners, vets and farriers to obtain the best outcomes for the horses. I’d recommend any equine or canine therapist uses it..I wish there was a version for human therapists or coaches that was this good!

A super app. I love how it logs my horse's reports in a clear and accessible format. It is a great platform to professionally share findings and communicate.

What an amazing piece of technology! Love the fact that I can access all of my horses reports within seconds! (Super handy when I was at the vets the other day for an investigation.
I use the app as a client of a therapist and love everything about it! But the best thing has to be; seeing my therapists work life balance change dramatically, having more time for her family, no paperwork and no chasing payments! It’s all right here!!! Having all of my messages, calendar, reports and invoicing in one place has been a gamechanger for me and my business. Clients onboard themselves, saving me a lot of time. Reports are fully customisable, i can add photos, diagrams and can even dictate to record notes. Having Equigate gives my clients reassurance that all of their information is safely stored and easily accessible for them whenever they need it. I’ve tried other apps in the past, but none of them compare. The guys behind the scenes are super useful with any queries you may have and are open to suggestions if there is anything you’d like to change.

I have been an equigate therapist user for over a year now and I absolutely love it! By far a game changer for all my admin needs and easy to reach out and ask people for help as I’m not very technical.
I love the new updates and my clients are always so impressed with their reports and diagrams and now being able to add documents to show stretches is certainly a great help. I have encouraged a lot of my fellow therapists to join equigate as well as I truly believe in this app and everything it has to offer. Well done equigate team for converting me from paper notes and messy handwriting to simple clear notes that everyone can read.

The customer care, one on one zoom call to chat about the Equigate and its full spectrum of applications and uses plus the training videos to set up your app on your phone -have been the best start for a very tech-phobe like me. I have been able to expand my records easily with the addition of videos and photos all directly from my phone into the records and send directly to the client. Easily filed and retrieved for future appointments.
The updates to the app are regular, as practitioners are happy to send in feedback and ideas, these are acted on. Therefore this app is only going to continue to improve and give excellent service.
