Tried calling multiple times and there was never any answer also sent an email and no response at all. I wouldn't use this company .

Excellent Customer Service from Jules
I contacted customer services regarding the poor condition a Valentino box that had arrived and the two tone colour of some sliders that I had ordered. They were supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter.
Jules was the Customer Service representative for Eqvvs and immediately sought to help and respond to my inquiry. Her emails were quick in response with a friendly, professional and courteous tone.
I was given all the information needed to return my parcel including the qr code. When my refund for postage wasn’t refunded, I contacted Jules who once again responded immediately and issued the refund.
The standard of customer service received was in my opinion outstanding and Jules is a credit to her company.
I wish more businesses would respond in this way. Thank you Jules and well done!

Hope you get your item or they wont care
Parcel left on doorstep by DPD never recieved , customer service just fob you off if you do get a reply ,had to do chargeback by card supplier, might be a ok company if you get your item ,but the sign of a good company is when something goes wrong ,and this place is the pits!!

EQVVS a good experience
EQVVS - the website is well laid out and easy to navigate. Description of the item is full and accurate. Payment was easy there are several ways to pay covering every reasonable possibility. My items were despatched very quickly and I was kept informed of the delivery process as it progressed. My items arrived on time and in good order. Packaging was in good conditions to ensure the contents were well protected during the rigours of shipping. I am very happy with my purchase.

The returns process needs work.
I bought a pair of boots that needed to be exchanged for a size smaller. I tried to use the online system for exchanges but it didnt work. I sent them an email and got no reply after nine days. I tried to call them and the phone has an auto message saying use the website. I sent another email to which they replied saying sorry we don't have a different size, goodbye. I sent a further email and they referred me to the online RETURNS for which I have to pay Postage so, not FREE at all. If you buy from this company after reading my review then you're insane. Very poor. Subsequently after a hiccup or two with Eqvvs saying they hadn't received the returned boots when they'd in fact had them for a week, they returned my payment in full and I didn't have to pay for postage. It's a shame that the returns process is not so well thought out as the purchasing process.

I have looked through our emails and cannot find the first email you mentioned regarding this. We have an active customer service desk who answer all queries Mon-Fri 9-5 and are happy to help however possible.
I can see the second comms you've referenced between yourself and the customer service desk and I'm sorry you feel our reply wasn't good enough. We pride ourselves on polite, helpful communication, so I'd like to apologise if you feel we have dropped the ball here.
We offer free exchanges on our site, I can see that the reason the exchange didn't work on this occasion is because we don't carry the size you wanted to swap for. I have noted your feedback regarding this and will raise with the returns team regarding this.
We try to offer store credit in instances like this when the exact item cannot be swapped, so that if there's something else that's caught your eye on site that you'd like to purchase instead, you can do so really easily without the caveat of the return fee. I'd like to apologise again if this wasn't made clear.
As mentioned, I will certainly raise your feedback with the team on this, if there is anything else we can help you with please do get in touch.
