Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff . I picked up a c&c watch which was too big .I was shown 3 smaller watches same make and very good advice on which one to choose as I was on my own.

The staff were very friendly
The staff were very friendly and professional. I had previously visited the shop and went back to purchase the diamond earrings and necklace I liked. Unfortunately they had been sold, there had been a delivery that morning but the items weren’t showing on the computer stock. One of the ladies went to check the stock anyway and they had come in on the new delivery but not yet recorded on the stock. I was delighted. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. My watch strap had to be adjusted several times but the lady was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble.

I ordered a watch to be delivered
I ordered a watch to be delivered to the branch which I had to chase numerous times as branch orders are held for up to a week to be delivered in bulk.
Fortunately someone in the branch placed a new order and it arrived 2 days after expected date.
That said when collecting my watch the service provided by Amelia was exceptional
she was attentive and professional throughout she is an asset to the company
