ERR partners with course providers such as 24/7 Training, New Trades Career, and several others operating under similar names but ultimately run by the same people.

These providers mislead students into taking out a £7,800 loan with the promise of multiple qualifications over three years. In reality, they use constant delay tactics such as making you wait more than three months just to book an exam at an ERR centre. This is done so that your three year course period expires before you can finish it. When that happens, they demand an additional £1,000+ to extend the course for another year.

ERR is fully aware of these unethical practices yet continues to accept students from these companies, seemingly prioritizing revenue over integrity. The tutors at ERR even admit that completing all the promised qualifications within three years is nearly impossible.

The training centres themselves are poorly maintained. The Featherstone location is cramped, forcing several students into small electrical booths, and offers minimal resources. The Wolverhampton centre is larger but still run-down and lacks basics like adequate parking. Tutors provide little genuine instruction, often either spoon-feeding answers or speaking in a patronizing way.

Overall, the entire operation is designed to extract money rather than deliver the training and qualifications advertised.

I would strongly recommend you avoid them. You will ultimately end up paying over £7800 for a bunch of promised qualifications, however at the end you will be lucky to come out with £2000 worth of qualifications.

The ERR team are very professional and friendly. They made the program easy to follow and understand.

Good, down to earth, accessible teaching and practical studies. The centre was clean amd tidy, and well equipped. Opportunities are given to revise for exams with mock papers and time is made for any re-sits whilst you're at the centre.

The instructor had the mastery of Electrical subject taught and ready to make sure that the students get the best of the subject.
All other staffs are loving people and the environment was so nice and tidy up for everyday activities.

Disorganised. Unhelpful tutor teams.
Very unclear structure. No guidance from anyone. No clear path for learning. The majority of Practical centres across the country have moody old electricians with attitude. Haven't got a clue about class planning or teaching. Cost far too much money.
Avoid ERR and do yourself a favour. I want a refund.

They build my knowledge about electric and got more experience and training so I appreciate how teachers and center staff are ready to help you every side.

Great knowledge off the tutors and the resources available to you in the centre are second to none.

I have completed my 2365 with ERR and happy with the process. I attended the featherstone centre where Mark and Shaun were at hand to deliver the course in a perfect way. great Teachers, not just friendly but very technical and practical. Teachers are great. With ERR you have to patient for your time to come when you start the practicals. currently i am awaiting to start the NVQ, which they say takes 6-8 weeks. I think this is down to their administration. I think the administration can do better.

My experience was simply awesome.
