I do not normally write reviews but I need to thank Jimmy at Ertech who has given great service in supplying new hardware overnight and being on hand on help setting the system up for somebody who is not that IT savy.

Friendly, down to earth supplier who genuinely go above and beyond and don’t penalise you for being a smaller business which seems to be rare to come by these days.

When Lewis from Ertech got in touch, he didn’t focus on our company size, monthly spend, or the order quantities. He simply got stuck in and helped us find ways to save money straight away.

They stepped in at the perfect time, just as one of our previous suppliers had been taken over, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend Ertech.

One key thing even if they were a little higher on prices is the customer service, it matters in 2025!

Always a great price and customer service. I have ordered many items and 95% of the time, no issues. Had a wrong camera sent once and wasn’t very easy to get corrected. I just kept it and used elsewhere because it was easier than trying to send back. Ordering from Ireland adds A Post but Ertech eases the pain with VAT and Customs. Will definitely order again.
