Esky saved my trip and my money!
During the Christmas and New Year period, all airlines and travel companies were charging outrageous prices—sometimes triple or more for the same round trip. But not Esky! They offered fair prices, in some cases less than half of what others were charging.
For example, Momondo listed the same trip for 4,500 DKK, but I booked through Esky for only 1,850 DKK. Unbelievable!
I am beyond satisfied—this is the best service ever. I totally recommend Esky to anyone looking for honest, affordable travel deals.

Very bad website interface. Allows for mistakes in autocomplete. Customer service not helpful. I will never buy tickets from here ever again.

Nu recomand. S-a scumpit prețul inițial cu 40% față de prețul inițial și am renunțat la achiziția biletelor de avion. Înțeleg ca trebuie să existe câștig și industria, dar tarifele depășesc limita bunului simț. Cu puțin studiu pe diferite platforme se pot găsi alternative. Recomand achiziția directă de la compania aeriană nu prin broker. O seară cu rezultate așteptate și fără a renunța la destinația dorită.

Înainte de a confirma rezervarea, puteți verifica toate detaliile acesteia, inclusiv ora de plecare, iar înainte de a plăti rezervarea, toate sumele care alcătuiesc prețul total. The "non-refundable" information most often relates to the conditions of the ticket itself, which are set by the airline. The cancellation insurance you purchased is a completely separate service. A refund under this policy is certainly possible, but only in specific unforeseen situations (e.g., medical), which are precisely described in the terms of your insurance.
they canceled the reserved seats
They canceled the reserved seats months in advance without announcing it, in fact I received an email that they were reserved and everything is ok, I found out that some of them were canceled while I was trying to check in. Worse, they only canceled some of the seats, leaving the children to stay away from their parents.

The price changed dramatically at the checkout step. They just try to lure you with low prices while searching, but at the final actual checkout step they increase it with a couple of hundreds euros
Later edit: as a reply to eSky’s comment, I understand that the airlines change the price very often. But I have refreshed and restarted the booking more than 4 times and the price was always the same, only at the very last step at checkout it got changed (increased dramatically)

Am depus o plangere catre Comisariatul Pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor Bucureşti, pentru ca agentia ESKY a luat bani dar nu a cumparat bilet.

Mă adresez dumneavoastră în legătură cu o problemă semnalată cu privire la serviciile oferite de ESKY TRAVEL SEARCH SRL, înregistrată cu CUI-ul 26130195 și în Registrul Comerțului cu numărul J40/10406/2009.
Am platit un bilet de călătorie prin intermediul ESKY TRAVEL SEARCH SRL pentru un zbor de Antalya catre bucuresti in data 29 Septembrie 2023. Cu toate acestea, la aeroportul din Istanbul, mi s-a refuzat îmbarcarea de către operatorul aeroportului, pe motiv că agenția ESKY TRAVEL SEARCH SRL nu a achiziționat efectiv biletul de călătorie. Operatorul aeroportului mi-a furnizat o dovadă că rezervarea (PNR-ul) nu există în sistemul lor.
Acest lucru a condus la inconveniente majore și la pierderea zborului. Am fost nevoit(a) să suport costuri suplimentare și să fac față unor perturbări neașteptate din cauza neglijenței sau a erorilor comise de ESKY TRAVEL SEARCH SRL.
Am încercat să rezolv această situație direct cu ESKY TRAVEL SEARCH SRL, dar până în prezent nu am primit o soluție satisfăcătoare sau niciun răspuns.
Vă rog să investigați această situație și să luați măsurile necesare pentru a proteja drepturile și interesele mele ca și consumator. De asemenea, vă rog să verificați conformitatea ESKY TRAVEL SEARCH SRL cu legislația privind protecția consumatorilor și să interveniți în consecință în cazul unor nereguli sau practici neadecvate.
Vă mulțumesc pentru promptitudinea și atenția acordată acestei plângeri. Aștept cu interes rezolvarea acestei situații într-un mod satisfăcător.
