Beautiful product
Beautiful product, especially the ceramic vessel and lid. Smells almost instantly and fills the space with scent. Absolutely love it, just wish the candle would never run out.

Face cream
Face cream was lovely and keeps face moisturised throughout the day. Like whipped cream melts into the skin. I’ve used Espa products for many years now and always good quality.

Lovely products and nice free gift too
Lovely products and nice free gift too. Only issue is after a few uses the pump stopped working on the body oil which makes it very messy to use now.

Poor service and my money was taken - updated
Poor service and my money was taken , despite the ESPA mistake of not fulfilling my order . Not impressed and very angry . When I have had their products I have enjoyed them , I will never order again after my most recent experience . Clarins now always . Thank you Espa for reaching out , you have all the details on my account , as I was furious and took it up with you last week / week before . Plus with my bank . I do not want to waste any more of my time on this dreadful experience .
