Eureka Forbes if anyone is planning to buy I would discourage. It is worst experience I had. Sales are done very energetically. After sales services are zero. Service person they allot are fake. No one responds on the phone number they give for service man. I doubt if he exists.
I have bought Aquaguard highest quality one because I didn’t want any problems till few years atleast.
It hasn’t worked since the time it has been installed. I have written emails, phone calls, only vague replies. Everytime I call the phone operator says sorry for inconvenience 😂 under rated as inconvenience. I am so frustrated that my BP shoots up. Maybe it is not worth it. I feel bad that they can get away earning so much doing this fake business. I will be looking for ways to make them pay or atleast stop them for looting people.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eureka Forbes. It has been a very bad experience, and I have decided not to take any services from Eureka Forbes in the future. I definitely did not expect this level of service from such a reputed company.

Sent numerous emails, messages and called multiple times but bill is still not received.

Don’t buy their robotic vacuum cleaners. They do not have technicians for that. Such a waste of money. Product is not working just in 1 year. No technician is also available. Very much disappointing

Please don’t go for Eureka water Softner products. No service at all..

I purchased an Aquaguard AWS C-500 water softener on 27th April 2026 from Eureka Forbes Limited, Chennai, Tamilnadu 600061. The product, bearing serial number 5105103067002658, is currently covered by warranty.

The unit has stopped supplying water. I registered the following service complaints:

Complaint number CM-310726-76104517, dated 31st July 2026
Despite repeated calls and assurances, no technician has attended and the product remains unusable. Failure to provide warranty service within a reasonable period constitutes a breach of the warranty obligations and deficiency in service. and they closed the complain on 5th Sept 2026 without resolution.

I have purchase 3 Eureka Forbes vacuum robots from them. I have sent two of them for service as the vacuum was making too much noise. They have sent me back only one robot and misplaced the other. They are too busy complaining about other departments regarding the misplaced robot. It’s been almost close to 7 months since then but I still haven’t gotten any feedback regarding my missing robot. The most horrible technical service - They don’t even know that the robot doesn’t work if the rocker switch is off. The most horrible virtual assistance - I keep complaining that the vacuum is producing too much noise and the technician is saying that I have to reduce the vaccum power. I have no clue whether they think that their customer is clueless or is it just that their technical assistance is worthless. The most worst thing about them is out of all 3 robots only 1 works properly, one is misplaced and the other robot is so bad that I have sent it for service 3 times this month with different problem and they are still not rectified.

Eureka Forbes doesn’t deserve even ONE star I will give zero star . VERY PATHETIC response from costumer service. You can buy a new purifier but don’t buy AMC from eureka Forbes. After complaining multiple times there is no response from there service executive or technician. I bought gold AMC and all money is completely wasted . They are just looting money in name of AMC.

Pathetic after-sales service despite paid Gold AMC
I am extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes. My Aquaguard RO stopped working, and despite having a paid Gold AMC, I have been waiting for days for a technician. I repeatedly contacted customer care and was given nothing but assurances of “escalation.”
Even the Escalation Management Team took ownership of my complaint and asked me to allow 1 business day, but no technician was sent even after that.
This has caused me considerable mental stress and harassment, and I have had to spend additional money buying Bisleri water for my family.
What is the point of paying for an AMC if the company cannot provide service when the customer actually needs it?

I purchase in2025 water purifier Eureka Forbes in one year very bad experience Mr. VIDYANAND say ''I am only sales not responsible for service I don't care. '' a sales representative behaviour very bad . Yesterday I launched complain today no any service man come my home. A service man say'' maine door bail mara koi भी door kholne aaya aur call received nahi किया. I am at home but nobody come at my home a service man not come my security guard say no any service man come. A service man miss call and say not receiving my call. I think I am blsck listed Eureka Forbes in my society. I am chairman of the society i launched complain in Grahak Surkash forms.

Pathetic service on name of AMC. The service engineer, surprise when the technician asked to take the Aquaguard to their office to repair. Force to replace and buy new one.
Replacement of motor takes 15 but if replace the entire machine within same day.
Force to share the otp with out completing the task.
After talking to the customer care no results

They are thieves, they sell made in china products and if the device stops working, they will ignore all your complaints. Their technicians are untrained and never come for service. After hundreds of complaints a technician took the device with him and never returned, so now i have lot the device too.when I call the customer service, they just raise a complain every time but never do anything about the issue, so please don't buy stuff from these beggers.

Worst Service Company. Never ever buy eureka forbes products.
During installation it took 24 days for technician to visit after many complaints.
Similar happened after Purchasing AMC, today is 27th day and No technician visited and zero support from the company.

Extremely disappointing service from Eureka Forbes in the Manjeri–Mongam–Malappuram area.

I paid for a Gold AMC expecting reliable and timely service. However, even after registering service requests online, no technician attended the complaint. Even more concerning, their online ticketing system automatically closes service tickets without the issue being attended to or resolved.

My AMC was also not properly activated after payment until I raised a grievance directly with Eureka Forbes.

What is the purpose of paying for a Gold AMC if customers have to repeatedly raise complaints and escalate grievances just to get basic service? Closing tickets without attending to the customer is unacceptable and creates a misleading impression that complaints are being resolved.

Eureka Forbes seriously needs to improve its local service, ticket management, and accountability in the Manjeri–Mongam–Malappuram area. Based on my experience, the after-sales service has been extremely poor.

I am extremely disappointed with the irresponsible handling of my complaint by Eureka Forbes.

I am suffering due to the supply of the wrong product, and despite bringing the matter to your attention, your organisation has failed to take timely corrective action. It is highly concerning that a reputed company like Eureka Forbes is unable to trace the correct product and arrange its delivery to the customer.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration. As a responsible organisation, Eureka Forbes is expected to resolve customer grievances promptly rather than leaving the customer to repeatedly follow up.

I hereby give you one week from the date of this letter to arrange delivery of the correct product and resolve the issue completely.

If the correct product is not delivered within this period, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer Forum/Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels for deficiency in service and the inconvenience caused to me.

Please treat this communication as a final warning and take immediate action to resolve the issue.

I expect a written confirmation of the action being taken and the expected delivery date without further delay.

I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE, REGARDING SERVICE, I HAVE PURCHASE THERE 3 YEARS AMC, AND PAY RS. 8369.00, ON 6.1.26, AFTER AMC THEY CHANGE MY CARTAGES, AFTER THAT I FOUND MY TOP OF WATER PURIFIER WAS BROKEN. I HAVE CALL MANY TIMES, AND BOOK MY SERVICE MAY TIMES, NOT TO PICK THE PHONE. IT WAS PASS ALMOST 5 MONTHS. THEY FUSH FOR ONLY AMC AFTER AMC THEY NEVER HELP REGARDING SERVICE. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT EUREWKA FORBES.

Before buying this product read review carefully.
Never buy Eureka Forbes its gives a pathetic product and pathetic service support that you never ever seen. If someone is writing review means they have suffered with these issues. My fault is that I have not seen review and their representatives told me a lots of benifits but after buying this you will face a lots of problems related to products and services.

There is no provisions for negative star because Eureka Forbes deserves the worst for its product and service support.

Very disappointing customer service experience with Eureka Forbes.

I have an active AMC Gold membership, but I am unable to raise a service request because my registered mobile number is no longer working, so I cannot receive the required OTP.

I contacted the call centre multiple times, but the response I received was that they cannot do anything without the OTP. This is quite concerning. If a customer loses access to their registered mobile number, what is the proper process to update the number and continue accessing the services they have already paid for?

It is disappointing that there doesn't seem to be a clear solution for such a basic and common situation. Customers with an active AMC should have an alternative way to verify their identity and raise a service request.

I hope Eureka Forbes improves its customer support process and provides a proper solution for customers who no longer have access to their registered mobile number.

NEVER BUY EUREKA FORBES, WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

NEVER BUY Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aspire Nova Pro. I have purchased it in Sep'2025 by paying Rs 25000.00. Actually i am getting problem from this water filter machine just after installation. And no one to here it. I am writing here so that future customer will not be trapped in this hyped advertised brand.
1. This is low quality plastic box with some local filter inside trapped with a software and APP for good packaging. It seems they used kids toys plastics for drinking water.
2. It will never show the correct TDS. Accordingly I have purchased a TDS meter which shows the extreme output TDS value in different times like 10, 320, 240. Whreeas APP shows the filter balanmced life as 72%. The so called Eureka Forbes expert came to my house and he changed 2 components for Rs 1275.00. Still problem not solved. Now he is advising to change the filter for a cost of Rs 11000.
3. The customer support and expert technician is very rude and mean and untrained. Customer care and service is absolutely Pathetic. I feel very very sad as I am unable to solve any of the problems.
4. You can not change any single filter. U have to change all the filter together. Its APP does not shows individual cartridge life as in other Best brand water filter. Other best brand filter APP shows individual filter life. So when changing required for filter, I have to change all filters in Eureka Forbes filter machine. Whereas in other best brand individual filter can be changed.
5. I can not write any other brand product name where these problems are not observed by my friend as people will think me as an employee from other brand.
6. There is no separate tds controller. Output water will become 30 and u can’t control it. This can be done in all other brand water filter.
7. App is Worst ever and useless. It shows everything is fine.
