So despite my previously being contacted by Liam at customer service, and assured my complaint would be investigated and promised a call back from the area manager. 3 weeks on and nothing!!! If you are looking for a customer service try a different company!!!

I Have Used Europarts Many Years,But was Not Very Happy What They Done ,I Ordered a Service Kit for VW Caddy,They Sent me the Wrong Diesel Filter ,SO I Rang there Parts Dept ,Man on the Phone Said if you Take the Part to The Shop Which was 40 miles away ,When i Got there They Refused to Exchange the Filter Even it was There Fault

I would have give them no stars but it will not let me. Absolutely useless and rips you off. Took my money and never delivered the parts ordered. Customer care is shocking. They will not answer emails either. They have been reported to Trading Standards and taking them to small claims court just to get my money back.

I have used Europarts on and off over the years. Normally value for money, however be weary if you buy products that include a surcharge (brake calipers in my case). I took them back in and was told the surcharge would be back on my card in a few days. Nothing rec'd so I chased the branch that I returned them to. "Nothing to do with us, speak to customer services. I tried that - it just rang and rang or cut me off, or told me I'd dialled an incorrect number (after I had selected the appropriate option). So I tried live chat - the robot was worse than useless and kept thanking me. So I used the "contact us" form. I got an automated acknowledgement and that was it. I had to chase another 3 times before getting an actual reply. This eventually lead to me receiving the refund.

Thought I'd add my pennyworth as I've just bought some engine mounts from them.
I've been using Europarts for at least 40 years, I think they called something else back in the day.
In that time between me & the wife we've had a few dozen cars and I've fixed a good few more for family and friends ( I'm a hobby mechanic).

In this time I've bought a few hundred parts off them, everything from batteries to suspension arms, used different outlets depending on where I am.

Europarts is my go-to supplier for anything I need quickly, prices are good ( yes they have 'promos' but which business doesn't use sales tactics to sell stuff?) when you apply discounts, and even better now with coupon sites like Honey or Deal Finder.

The staff are very knowledgeable and spend as much time as needed to make sure I get the right part, so 10 stars for service.

I have never had any problems with them in all this time, I returned a part (wheel bearing) once as it didn't fit properly, got an apology, replacement part and no handling charge, even though I gave them the wrong OEM in the first place.!

If I have time I will look around to see if I can find what I'm looking for cheaper elsewhere, but having had to ship wrong items back to Germany and Ireland on several occasions I stick to Europarts, a place where I can open the box and have a look before taking it out of the shop.

No doubt they get it wrong sometimes (who doesn't?) but thankfully never with me.

Now with free delivery the service is even better, I can prep a car on the drive while awaiting the part.

I cannot rate this business highly enough, sometimes 5 stars is not enough.

This company indulges in deceitful practises. Everything is offered at a massive discount, they even supply a 'promo code'. However when you get to the checkout, suddenly the 'promo code' doesn't apply and you're always left with a price you could halve at dozens of other outlets. Avoid like the plague.

Awful service - claimed part was waiting to be collected by Royal Mail, then cancelled order as unable to provide parts. Still awaiting refund a month later when claimed would be within 14 days. No reply to emails, chat takes over 5 hrs to get though.

great products very good prices used them for years friendly staff cant do enough to help you especially now all parts delivered to your door with very good discounts

Fantastic customer service every time on the phone or in the shop great quality parts and affordable prices with great offers on every month highly recommend to friends and family

Fast shipping and far better price than buying from a mechanic. Bought spark plugs and coil pack at bargain price and even had offer on site. 5 star
