I recently moved from Ireland to Italy. It was at a time when there were new requirements for transport vehicles to have added tracking equipment onboard, which caused some complications with my scheduled dates. While I was not the only customer impacted, I still felt that Wayne and Neil gave me personalised care and quickly came up with a solution. I was kept informed throughout the process with very prompt response. I highly recommend using European Removal Services for your next move.

Belgium to Ireland.
At the beginning, customer service was perfect.
Everything was clear, answer, I always received a reply promptly.
For the pick-up there were delays and lack of communication.
The payment request was fast and in a not so friendly tone.
There was a lack of communication for the delivery. I had to request an update more than once and it felt like they were doing me a favour. My belongings were delivered almost 2 weeks later.
Almost all the boxes were damaged. I had lost goods and a broken TV.

I took pictures and sent them

I was asked "who packed the goods?" and later told that" owner packed goods aren't covered for breakages.".
So, this means that when the owners pack the furniture's, they can break anything and too bad for the owners!!

I was then told they could give me 50£.

After many emails back and forth, it's not about the money. The person that answered my email was cold, showed zero empathy and wanted nothing to do with me.

At that point, the issue is no longer the money. It is the attitude taken when something entrusted to this company arrives damaged.

I was also blamed for the lack of quality of the boxes I had. Was also told that the plastic boxes (all broken, apart from 1) were not proper for removals.
Was told then that the moving teams were at fault...

After all this, I was contacted by their customer service again via WhatsApp and they apologised and they said they would replace the TV.

This was 3 weeks ago and nothing happened. No more contact.

Run from this company if you want to pack your belongings!

Maybe if they pack it, it's ok because your goods will be insured as they will not handle your belongings with care.

Expensive, emotionally draining and not worth it.

Exceptional professional services provided by Neil and his team, i am forever grateful for the rapid organisation of my move, the excellent communication skills and availability (24/7). Goods were collected and delivered as promised. Neil and his team keep me updated throughout the process to end. Great Job well done, i was very satisfied.

We used this company for our move from Italy to UK and honestly couldn't be happier with how it went. Wayne was brilliant from the start — super easy to get hold of, responded really quickly to all my questions and just made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected.

This was the third international move we've done with ERS, and the service continues to be excellent. Drivers and assistants are polite and friendly, and careful with our possesions.

Shipping times are fast and we always have good updates and communication from Wayne and Neil. They took care of the customs paperwork, and helped us find solutions where there were delays. Very competitive on price.

Would absolutely recommend for household relocations in the UK or overseas, when the times comes to move again ERS will be top of our list.

The ‘foot soldiers’ are super helpful, nothing too much trouble even at the end of a long drive and always with a sense of humour (Ian👌).

An excellent end to end experience moving our furniture and belongings from Derby to Malta. The collection from 2 locations in Derby was seamless with no issues. From collection to delivery was just 6-weeks which is very quick considering the current impact of global shipping. At the Malta end, the delivery was also seamless with no issues. The overall price was very competitive with no hidden costs. Documentation was simple, with excellent communications at both ends

We used European Removal Services for the first time to transport a large piece of furniture from Kent to the South of Spain. Wayne who made arrangements for our delivery provided us with a first class service throughout the process. We recently used European removals for our house move and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Neil replied to our initial enquiry, and he managed the whole process from start to finish. The quote we received was competitive and Neil calmy organised the logistics for the agreed date.
