European Removal Services Ltd Reviews

We hired ERS for our move from Glasgow to Copenhagen. Despite having given precise dimensions of our belongings, we were charged 25% of the original quote while the boxes were ALREADY in transit. They were relatively responsive, however, kept the details of the pick up time very vague and did not give a precise time, let alone date until one day before the move, giving me no option but to book my plane ticket last second. In terms of drop off, the details were vague once again and the notice given was literally 2 minutes (I only received a call once the van was on my street). Both drivers were friendly and efficient, however, I would never use their service again.

It's hard choosing the correct company for international removals. We were moving to Slovakia and chose ERS as they offered the best options for what we wanted. It all turned out well and everything went perfectly. Thanks!

Move from London to Amsterdam. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and efficient. High level of professionalism and very competitive prices. The communication was very efficient and the company responded swiftly to any questions we had. Special mention to the driver, who was extremely friendly and took extra care of our boxes and furniture. Can't recommned them enough, and I will definetely choose them again in the future.

A very nice and friendly moving company. Also moderately priced.

I was very happy with the services provided by the European Removals team. I thought the price was very fair, the team helped me throughout the whole process, which can be quite tiresome when moving between countries. Everything arrived on time and intact. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone moving between the UK and the EU. Thanks for making it all so easy!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Neil and Wayne were great at communicating, priced the deal in a clear manner and offered us a great deal. Daz led the move and was helpful and friendly throughout. Got to our final destination in time and fully intact. Would recommend

Thank you for making my move from London to Denmark smooth and worry free. Mondas and his team were amazing, efficient and tool all the stress of moving away from me. They made sure to take good care of my stuff and I can highly recommend them!

A highly responsive and reliable team to help with all the logistics of moving.

Absolutely pleased with their services. They were helping me move from London to Paris within one day. Once we loaded their truck we hopped on the Eurostar and arrived to the location at the exact same time when the driver did. The driver was contactable during the journey. Unquestionably 5 star.

The movers did an excellent job picking the items up from Germany then delivering them in a record time to the UK while tolerating the difficult parking situation in both places. The movers initially arrived at the destination before me but then kindly agreed to come back later in the day at a more convenient time. All items were accounted for and arrived safely. I would gladly choose and recommend them in the future.

I used this company to send some items from Portugal back home to the UK. They made everything easy from start to finish. The price was really good.

At the time of writing this review the items have not been unpacked yet as I have not had the chance to do so.But as most bags/boxes have clothes and very few fragile items I am not too concerned for now. The communication was clear every step along the way and and guys that delivered were very friendly.

If I ever need to use a removal company I will probably use them again.

European Removals Services moved us from Germany to Scotland. All went smoothly from the first contact to the arrival of our furniture. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Martin, Wayne and Neil were a pleasure to deal with, everything was perfectly planned prior to removal date. Our driver Ian and the team were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend European Removals Services to anyone looking for an international removal company at a very competitive price.

Had a fantastic experience recently moving my stuff from the UK to Ireland. Wayne and the team were really responsive and helpful with all the paperwork. They made the whole experience stress free and straightforward, not to mention the price was one of the most competetive we found. Ian, the driver, was super helpful and friendly and our stuff all arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

shipped some boxes to france. Arrived perfect

These guys charge more than double what the actual removal company will quote them. Do not use, they are the kiwi of the removal services

I had the best experience with European Removal services, from the initial phone consultation through to final delivery. I was moving back from Switzerland to UK on my own and had never had to plan a removal before. The process was very flexible and good communication throughout which made it very easy. All furniture was relocated safely and taken good care of on route. I would 100% recommend.

I would recommend this company without hesitation if you are planning a house move to Europe. They moved all of my household goods from London to a small village in Greece without a single breakage. The packing service was superb - extremely thorough and with no corners cut. I received good professional advice throughout and it took a lot of the stress out of a big move. They have a strong customer focus and the experience really did exceed my expectations.

I cannot recommend this company enough!
We were looking to move some gym equipment over from the UK to Cyprus, and when nobody else would or could help us, this company did.
They were quick and efficient with their replies, the price was reasonable, and everything went well (despite Brexit). Thank you!

Great service ! They have moved us from UK to France (post Brexit) and they were fully informed and prepared in terms of paperwork / Customs - They also kept us informed during the whole customs' checking process - Our dedicated driver Ciaran was simply Fantastic !!! I would recommend them 100% !!
