The whole buying process was smooth. Initially, Ivana was my contact person. She was very helpful - giving insight about the watch, communicating the price including the state sales tax, following up with the receipt of the wired funds, and emailing me the day when to receive the watch. Excellent customer service from Ivana. Please let her know that when I am ready to purchase the next watch, she will be my contact.
The watch was nicely packed with all the warranties and paperwork. The box arrived in good condition on overnight FedEx.
The actual watch was in conformity with the photos on the web page.

If you are looking for a place where people take a genuine interest in a relationship with their clients, EWC is your place. In the over ten plus years that they’ve helped me acquire timepieces I’ve come to count on them to offer guidance, thoughtful insights on a brand or model, and responsive service. I’ve worked with Ivana several times over those years and most recently to acquire a vintage Datejust. She’s responsive not pushy; thoughtful but not arrogant; fair & reasonable; and genuinely happy to have you match up with your timepiece. Today much is done on line which makes it simple to see options … it’s more refreshing to have a real person help you see yourself with one of those options. So if you want a place that knows watches and will share the passion that comes with purchasing a fine watch - try EWC and Ivana. I recently purchased a watch with Amy's assistance, and her responsiveness and customer service were excellent. Although the watch was relatively inexpensive, the level of service was never compromised.

The watch was shipped immediately, and I received it by midday the very next day. When purchasing a watch remotely without seeing it in person, most enthusiasts are eager to receive it as quickly as possible, and the fast shipping made the experience even better.

Most importantly, the watch I received was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store and Amy to anyone who loves watches.
