Please Help me Get this company to refund the Farmers in Uganda who paid for a tractor in August 2023 and upto Now August 2024 No delivery was made, and no refund realized yet.

EveryCar.jp Defrauds Farmers from Uganda-Africa
A group of poor farmers in Eastern Uganda endeavored to collect money, to procure farm tractor from EveryCar.jp to improve their farming and income. This company indeed acknowledged receipt of the money in August 2023, By Jan 2024 the tractor had NOT been shipped, but was still listed for other buyers. We halted the transaction and demanded a refund. The refunds hasn't been sent by 27th June 2024. The vehicles listed on EveryCar.jp are a fake list. DO NOT BUY! We are Still demanding for the Farmers' refund from EveryCar.jp. As of Jan 2025 - Engaged legal proceedings with fraudsters. Do NOT RISK Your Money.

The units must be described accurately with regard to their technical condition and year of manufacture, and the defects must be explained. If there are technical defects, there are advertisements that only carry little information and are not sufficient to convince customers to buy. Customer service has been communicated with before.There is no response, and I also noticed that you offer machines to other suppliers outside Japan I have not actually purchased from you before, but I tried to purchase and did not find what I was looking for in terms of providing information about the machines. When I asked about that information, I did not receive a response from your customer service. Also, you attacked me now just for warning you. To complain instead of solving it

Today I have received my Toyota Celsior from Watabe at Everycar japan I have maitained good contact with all the Every staff and I have received very good service, When I seen some Celsior on their website I called and spoke to Watabe he informed me that they where not avaliable and would I like to choose another from auction it took a couple of weeks to find the car I wanted but in the end we got there and I could not be more happier with my choice. I bought the Nissan civilian bus…
I bought the Nissan civilian bus 2003year for kingargarten in our city. The grade was 4 which is very very clean condition.
That bus can accommodate 45 children and we are happy to be able to safely transport them to and from school from now on.
