Excellent service from Shrina. Items arrived and are exactly what we looked for

From the Netherlands, we always order the ‘MagrowTec’ pens. We always receive a quote with various options. Shrina Patel handles this very well. They are ready quickly and, most importantly, according to customers, they write very well.

I'm dealing with Shrina Patel in Everything Branded now for the last 2 years approx. The service FR Solutions gets from Shrina in EB is second to none. Im not suggesting everything is 100% right all of the time but her ability to communicate and fix any changes/delays or challenges is 100% all of the time. This is a very strong trait which is in my opinion becoming harder to find in business in general so well done Shrina (and EB). Fergal

Went with these as they guaranteed a delivery date before our event. 500 pairs of branded socks. They were sent in 2 boxes, only 1 arrived before the event, so we were left with 250 pairs of socks after the event that were useless. Customer support less than useful, "10% off the next order" - won't be placing another order with them!

Would give this company zero stars if that was an option. They sent us stock with the logo printed upside down and refused to fix the order, no refund, very poor communication. We now have no promotional material we can use for an important exhibition we have coming up. Will not use this company ever again, would not recommend anyone to use this company.

The helpful and quick service of Shrina Patel

We ordered branded keyrings last week, and Shrina provided exceptional customer service. We had to change the order because the item became out of stock, and she managed to turn that experience from bad to great! The keyrings were here in record time and better than what we expected.

We had a number of issues, outside of everythingbranded's control with our order. Shrina was very responsive to our issue and was able to provide us with a suitable satisfactory solution. Although we are a relatively small client of Everythingbranded , Shrina made us feel like a very valued customer.

Awful service! We placed a large company order and paid upfront with a promise of delivery within 2 weeks! By the third week and no sign of products we contacted them to follow up on our order as we had a very important trade show coming up and needed the products in time… only to be informed the production of our order had been overseen(forgotten) and they would process it through again.. then another few days passed and we followed up again to be then told that our items we ordered where now out of stock and wouldn’t be available for a month! We requested a refund and three weeks passed NO refund! We contacted them and yet again more excuses and only just today ANOTHER month later and MANY emails later we are finally refunded! Order placed in January! It is now March! Would definitely not recommend

I had a limited amount of time to get a delivery ordered for an event and Alex Cunningham was extremely helpful and appreciated his prompt replies and communication.
