I was just hung up on by one of their reps. I had made multiple orders 3 months ago, guaranteed they could get my deliveries to me befor 2 trade show - they missed BOTH (1 month apart) and STILL I don't have my orders.

Over the past month I've tried to reach customer care by phone and email - 4 of each to be exact, and not ONCE were any of those returned. So while explaining this, I was hung up on - insult to injury so to speak. Do not work with this company.

Terrible experience from start to finish.

The items I received (towels and hats) were very poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Unfortunately, these were meant to be gifts for a client golf day, which made the situation even more frustrating.

I raised a complaint over a month ago requesting a full refund, but I have been completely ignored. Each time I follow up, I am told to wait 72 hours for a response — yet no response ever comes. I have been chasing weekly for a month with no resolution.

Extremely disappointing product quality and even worse customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Dos managed my order and answered my questions promptly. As this was a first time order, I didn't know what to expect, but I am delighted with my canvas bags. The printing is clear and bright and the size is just perfect too. Delivery was prompt and even though I wasn't in a great hurry for them, they arrived within a week of ordering. A great service and I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Ordered 250 mugs in January, received a proof with an incorrect artwork, recreated by them for some reason, not the original one we sent. They sent a new proof with the correct preview, but went ahead and printed the wrong one anyway. We couldn't use the mugs so they were collected by them. After another month of chasing them we are told the same style of mug will be in stock the following week for reprint. After 3 more weeks we are told they will be back in stock in June. After 3 more weeks of chasing we get to choose a different mug style. We get a proof and it's the same wrong one again. It is now nearly May we we still don't have any mugs or even a correct proof. All this time we've been polite and patient, but I think this is a bit ridiculous.

Really rapid response from the sales team, and they worked really hard to turn around our order really quickly. The quality of the product was really good and the design came out well. Only criticism perhaps is that the template of printable area could make it a bit more clear where in the printable area things needed to be to be where on the final product- would cut down the number of emails needed back and forth.

Our business wanted to order lanyards in bulk - not only were the quality of the lanyards lovely, but Cameron Robertson helped me through the entire process giving me various options and valuable information that was really handy!

Thank you Cameron, I'm sure if we need anything more, we'll be back to EverythingBranded again! :)

We ordered some custom notebooks through Everything Branded and the process was very smooth and straightforward. We had plenty of support from Dos throughout who was incredibly helpful and promptly cleared up some confusion around the logo placement.
When the notebooks arrived they were great quality and fit the proofs exactly.

We'd definitely order through them again!

I recently placed a custom balloon order with Isabel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The balloons looked absolutely amazing—exactly how I imagined them, if not better. What really stood out was the delivery speed. I had explained that I needed them urgently, and they arrived even quicker than promised. Fantastic service, great quality, and very reliable—I would definitely order again!

The team is amazing, they helped me with my request, followed up and created a mock version of the products. What surprised me the most was the outstanding quality of the garments. We made 100 branded tote bags, and they look stunning. In particular, shout out to Isabel Edwards!!

We enquired about neck warmers as give-a- ways but needed them quickly. Daniel was very helpful, he rushed through the artwork for us and came back with a great design. Easy payment followed and the neck warmers were with us within two and a half weeks. A few days before their EDD and in time for our event. Thanks for you great and speedy service. Our order was delivered to an incorrect address, unknown to us. Despite multiple follow-ups from us, we were eventually given assurances that it was escalated
We were promised a full refund, but still haven’t received it and emails now go unanswered. Very disappointing service from Shauna Brant and Jay Serrano with complete lack of accountability.

From the very start Isabel was consultative without being pushy and helped get a solution to a promotional requirement. She remained in excellent communication throughout the process and made us feel very confident with what we had ordered.
I would happily recommend and am sure we will use Everything Branded again!

Dealing with my account manager, Dos Mangio, was an absolute pleasure. He responded to any message in a very timely manner! We ordered branded music speakers, and they were absolutely beautiful. Very pleased with the quality. I have been using everything branded for some time now and have had an excellent experience every time! would definitely recommend.
