Contacted the company for water bottles. Quotation came through very quick and spoke to Zorem Beleno Maturan, was kept up to date with the product, making the payment and when the product would be delivered. Customer service not existent

I tried to reach them by phone today. The first 3 calls, after first holding to a 'please hold' recording, someone hung up before answering. The 4th call was on a 'please hold' recored message for 20min before I gave up.

Classic case of the customer service person 'working' from home and not being supervised, I'm guessing....

Ben Jones was extremely helpful and efficient with a last minute bulk order I needed - he was very professional and informative and we will certainly recommend Everything Branded to other colleagues.

The associate Jay, was helpful and got back to all queries regarding product in no time.
Very easy to make the order or update the items for the order.
This is not the first time I'm using this company and they haven't disappointed.
Also the product quality always have been good.

Jay, without doubt, was exceptional. Incredibly prompt. Polite. And nothing appeared to be to much trouble, even though there were several rounds of corrections. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Having originally dealt with Totally Branded - who took numerous attempts to get the design right, uploaded wrong files, without a single word of apology - Everything Branded is a breath of fresh air.
