I've used Big Bear a few times now, previously to order some small pocket mirrors as giveaways and more recently new lanyards for our team. Ross is our Account Manager and is super responsive, really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of the products is brilliant for the price and really speedy delivery too. Highly recommend this company and Ross if you find yourselves lucky enough to have him as your Account Manager!

We contacted Big Bear Promo to produce some tech decks for an event. The slight hiccups we had along the way were swiftly and efficiently dealt with by Andrew. Plus, the order ended up arriving ahead of the initial date, which was a great bonus! The tech decks look great too!
