As a retired Advertising Account Director of over 40 years I have dealt with many promotional item companies, and without doubt the service I received from Andrew James was up there with the best of them.

We have ordered several times via Tyler S at Big bear promo - always quick to reply and responsive to my ever changing requests. We did have an issue with one order (manufacture side - uncontrollable from Big Bear Promo) which was responded to well. Many thanks
