bigbearpromo.co.uk Reviews

I had an urgent order as our usual supplier couldn't provide the bags I needed. I called Big Bear Promo and Sam Lewis was excellent. Although BBP were also out of stock of the particular bags I wanted, Sam suggested another which turned out to be an excellent substitution, so much so, that I think we will be ordering these new ones in future. Also, delivery was fast. The bags were scheduled for delivery yesterday, 27th July, but I actually received them on 23rd! Excellent service from Big Bear Promo, but particularly Sam as he understood the urgency and came up with suggestions, unlike my usual supplier.

If you're looking for branded merchandise, stop shopping around and just use Big Bear Promo!

As a brand-new business, we've been comparing prices and suppliers for all sorts of branded items, and these guys have been brilliant. A huge shout-out to Callum, who was an absolute star from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and he happily tweaked our artwork multiple times until it was exactly how we wanted it.

The customer service was genuinely outstanding, the prices are really competitive, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

We'll definitely be back for more. Thanks again, Callum and the Big Bear Promo team – you've gained yourselves a loyal customer!

I came across Big Bear Promo while comparing prices for our company merchandise and was really impressed with their competitive pricing. Tyler looked after us throughout the process and was extremely helpful, with regular and clear communication from start to finish. We had a great experience and will definitely be using Big Bear Promo again for our future event merchandise.

Sam was very useful and quick to respond to our needs, considering the time constraints. Would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the service and have ordered a number of different promotional items with Shay on 2 occasions. All items arrived as expected and with quick delivery. We are very pleased with the products and service.

Luci at Big Bear Promo was so helpful I cannot recommend her enough. The bubbles arrived quickly, the packaging was just as we'd hoped, the price was competitive and the bubbles were very bubbly..... we've had a previous experiece where the bubbles weren't great.

Absolutely fantastic! I am so glad that we went with Big Bear Promo - Callum was so helpful and REALLY responsive. We had an issue with the delivery of our purchase, and he was extremely communicative and kept me informed of all of the updates, as well as looking into and escalating the issue. The bags we had printed are really excellent quality as well, and the colours look amazing. I am so, so pleased.

We used Big Bear for our company mugs. Sam was great to deal with. Very responsive and great quality. We had a tight turnaround window and they were able to meet it. Mugs are high quality and we will use again for any merch we require.

Tyler was a great help arranging our orders. He went above and beyond to help us, was always friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Our water bottles look so good, and we're really excited to receive our teddies. The quality of the print has been wonderful and we look forward to working with Tyler and Big Bear again in the future.

Very easy to make contact with the company. They designed excatly what I wanted, at a good price and delivered remarkably quickly. Can not commend them highly enough.

I spent an age looking for an appropriately priced ‘end of programme’ gift for my colleagues.
I stumbled on bigbearpromo and found their mugs which I could personalise.

Tyler Sheppard was my contact and they were amazing.
Really helpful and efficient providing great customer service.
They turned my idea into artwork within a day and it was all signed off.
I’m just waiting for delivery of my mugs, which I hope my colleagues will love as we leave our programme.
Thank you for your help Tyler!

Tyler, was helpful and replied quickly. There is a slight print misalignment but for how quick they came we are very happy with the product and service. Will be using again in the future.

No complaints really, order was dealt with efficiently and arrived in good time. The glasses that we wanted printing came absolutely perfect and was exactly what we wanted. They were packaged safely and actually in boxes of 6 which was better for us that individually packaged. I would use this printing company again. ordered the same Shay was helpful in ensuring we ordered the exact same product as before which is what we required. Thank youi
