Ordered branded merch for internal event from Isabel. She was super responsive throughout, even when the delivery could not be located at the hotel. She acted quickly and found the relevant delivery proof. Everyone loved the beach towels and they've been around Europe as a result!

Isabel Edwards was the reason I ordered. You'll know that websites offering this service are a dime a dozen and it's really hard to actually get to someone who will give you a straightforward quote with an element of understanding of your needs. When I order again in the future, I'll just go directly to Isabel.

We DO buy merch for our business but we have never used these people and on the basis of this incompetence we never will.

We always receive professional advice before ordering the products, and they always arrive as scheduled.
