I was just hung up on by their staff because I am asking why its been THREE MONTHS to get my pens order. And, why its been 2 months to get my hard hats order... and with all of this happening why I've had NO RESPONSE for 1 MONTH after calling 4 times (once a week) and emailing 4 times and never getting a response.

So if you ask why their customer service is so bad, expect to get hung up on.

I still have no answers. Stay away from this company. Stay FAR FAR AWAY.

Honestly - At first I wasn't sure. I was speaking to a lot of companies about our upcoming swag bags for next year - everything was starting to feel super automated. I was asking questions and for recommendations, and wasn't getting anything back but automated emails - However, Martin picked up the ball and ran with it! He was so responsive, helpful and adaptable to many thoughts and plans I was having. I ended up moving a large portion of our swag order to everything branded that was meant to be ordered elsewhere, simply because Martin took such good care of us! Providing a WOW statement to students, to welcome them on campus is a big deal to us and I am very grateful for Martins help!!
