We have purchased branded stemless glasses a couple of times and through the process from start to finish, Mel has been so great to work with. For my last order, I reached out directly and received everything I needed very quickly. Thank you for making my purchasing experience so quick, efficient and easy.

I purchased a sample from this company back in August 2024 and was told it would ship when available as samples are not always in stock. I found it strange that the website allowed me to purchase something that was not in stock, but I figured this meant inventory would be replenished soon. I was wrong, and it is now March 2026 and I've received no item. My emails and chats are repeatedly ignored.

I requested a quote and received a response within a day. Martin was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I had quite a few, and he consistently replied within minutes. Excellent service and support throughout the process.
