Really efficient. Impression set received within 48hours. Loads of information about how to make the impressions.
Day 8 of sending impressions I had not heard anything, so rang and spoke to someone who found my file and said they would complete the retainers that day and send them out. I received them within 48hours and they fit perfectly!
Fantastic service, helpful staff and reasonable price.

Absolutely amazing service!! My first two impressions weren't good enough and Liam (who is absolutely amazing) sent out more to ensure that I could get my retainers before my flight. Best customer service ever!!!

There were no emails relating to order progress or speed (not even an initial confirmation email). The first email I received was an invitation to review them on TrustPilot (so I guess they did have my email, and yes, I checked my spam). When I placed that review it had been 12 working days since the moulds should have arrived at their offices (excluding bank holidays and weekends obviously). There was a reply to that review which was the first I had heard from them, and to their credit they admitted to the lack of communication and the delay, but said it was due to poor moulds on my end, which may be true, or it may be something convenient to say. There is no way to know there and I don't want to throw accusations, it's just hard to build trust without any clue of what is going on behind the scenes.

To remedy the situation they then sent a replacement kit with speedy delivery, free of charge, and sorted me out. I think that's pretty good. The replacement version came through on time and in good order, and the upper retainer was a perfect fit, but the lower is quite loose (it will be ineffective until my teeth get a fair bit worse). Ultimately the end product is probably as good as you can get with moulds in the post, and I would say I'm satisfied with their round 2, it's just a shame I had to go through the initial disaster class.

I ordered a night guard. Firstly it didn't fit properly, the bite was off and after one use I developed a painful gum infection. I was subsequently provided a full refund. I've had a several night guards made via a few Dentists and the materials used by everythingteeth is not the same. Poor communication as well (the phone number provided is never answered). Had to make a claim via PayPal.

I'm updating this because they provided a response. I will reiterate. The materials they used are not the same as qualified dentists use. Any claim otherwise is false.

If you want a proper night guard, go to a qualified dentist and pay extra.

My old retainers broke so I ordered a retainer kit from everything teeth. Very easy to use, as I’d done similar before. I had to wait slightly longer than what was stated on the website but it was worth the wait. I spent £120 for an upper and lower retainer, where as my orthodontist would charge around £450 mark! Definitely recommend.

Never received my retainers took my money and got nothing no communication either.

Excellent service through out. Fast delivery getting the impression to me. I asked for a smaller tray and it was sent straight away and received within 2 days. Received my retainer this morning. Would highly reccomend.

I purchased some retainers from Everythingteeth after I thought I'd lost my original ones. I subsequently found them but I thought it would be useful to have a back-up pair.
It was a relatively simple process to order them and do the moulds, then they arrived a few days later and they fit ok, but a bit more loosely than my original ones, particularly around my back teeth.
I decided to wear the new ones for a few nights to see how I got on with them and found that when I went to use my old ones again, they felt a lot more "snug" than they did previously; so, I think the material of the new ones is a bit weaker and I wouldn't want to rely on them solely.

Fast delivery, good quality and good price.

Rubbish I didn’t even receive what I ordered. And no communication whatsoever.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you! The retainers that you produced from the orthodontic moulds we supplied were perfect. My daughter is so happy. The whole experience was straightforward and communication with Hannah was very professional. I had been slightly apprehensive after researching alternative providers for retainers that I was doing the right thing but I really needn’t have worried. I would strongly recommend this company.

Can’t fault the service from all the team. Called up on Friday to ensure the retainer was okay for my veneers, the lady on the phone was excellent talked me through everything.

Dropped my item off today given I was in the area, the guy checked them for me and helped me take another impression of my top because of my wide mouth.

10/10 service, better than the dentists I think for a replacement, so much quicker and easier.
