I don’t usually write reviews but I searched these before using Everything Teeth, the process is easy, quite quick and in the end, I have been provided with a great retainer that fits well.
Support via email is also prompt and reliable. I would really recommend above dentist-promoted products!

Speedy and efficient service. Easy to follow video and instructions. Perfect fit

Very impressed with the service, as well as being over half the price of the dentist, the postage was quick, when the initial tray didn't fit a smaller tray came out the next day qirh no problems, the instructions were easy to follow and delivery of the actual retainer came quickly after. The retainer fits well, nothing needed cutting/filling etc.

The process was extremely smooth, and the retainer fit quite well however is quite thin and brittle. Only 3 stars because: you can pay extra for 'insurance', they say that this is where if it breaks, you get another one sent out the same day. I paid for this and have been chasing them about sending another, but there has been radio silence since, so I think the insurance part might be a scam. My teeth have moved quite a bit in the meantime so this might end up being quite costly to fix.

There was an error with the system which meant there wasn't any communication at the start regarding a question i emailed in. The staff phoned and were apologetic and quick to act and resolve the situation sending out more trays to better suit my mouth and a refund for the inconvenience.

Review will be updated when the new retainers are delivered after my impressions are sent back to them.

Start with 5 stars, product (top retainer), fits perfectly has been comfortable, slightly thinner than my old one.

Taking the mould not too challenging with good enough instructions, comes back in a nice case to protect.

Communication over phone and email was mostly perfect, quick enough responses, phone times could be better.

The lost star came from the cost of delivering the mould back to the dentist, this could easily be pre-paid for and included in the return envelope or made clear at checkout that you will have more to pay.

Receiving the retainer wasn't super quick or slow, about what I expected.

Will probably be buying a new bottom retainer from them so cant ask for more than that.

Perfect from start to finish. Was quite apprehensive about ordering online but I shouldn’t have been.
Moulds arrived quickly, retainers received within 10 days, they were quite loose and didn’t fit, contacted customer support. New moulds sent out quickly and retainers reordered. Again received within 10 days and fit perfectly.

If you follow the instructions properly you end up with a night guard as good a fit as one from the dentist. Great service and great value. So good I’ve ordered a second (spare) one from the same impression at a discount.

Glad I found this business, I had a custom fitted, quality, high protection, maximum comfort, gum shield at what (following my research) nearing 40% cheaper than anywhere else.

The communication from the owners could be improved, E.g., we have your order, order being processed, out for delivery etc. but I won't complain about that as for me the main concern was the product and the price. Recommend!

Service was fast and prompt and they provided good advice on the initial cast of my teeth that I took via email.

My item didn’t have the postage paid so I didn’t get it

When Royal Mail had taken an extraordinary amount of time to deliver my retainers, EverythingTeeth were ready and happy to replace them at no extra charge. Fortunately, they did eventually arrive and they fit perfectly! Thank you very much EverythingTeeth!

I was nervous about doing it at home. Turns out it’s one of the best retainers I’ve ever had, and I normally get them made by a dentist.
Very comfortable. Good fit. Doesn’t feel bulky and a mouth full. Very pleased.

However the lower retainer doesn’t reach the furthest back teeth on each side. It covers all my teeth on top, and the bottom other than the last back teeth. This isn’t a problem for me. But it might be for someone else.

I would recommend based on my experience.

Amazing work, retainers fit perfectly!

Bought new retainers as my old ones which came from my orthodontist didn’t fit anymore. I had to get different trays size 2 times from them as they didn’t fit me well and they sent them off really quickly . I did the imprints and received my retainers today after waiting 10 days and they fit perfectly!

Although they reply very quickly through email I would hope they will fix their email problems as I didn’t receive an order confirmation or any dispatch emails. I had to email them for updates, they do reply very quickly to the requested updates though.

I am very happy with my tooth guard for grinding. I would have given more stars but it took nearly 3 months to receive them and then I had to chase them up.

Such a good experience. I needed a new dental retainer before I left the country, barely 3 weeks after I placed my order. Everything was shipped quickly, instructions were clear, and my new retainer fits great. I do wish there had been better communication - I never got as much as an order confirmation email, much less a status update, which would have saved some stress on my part. But otherwise everything was great, and I would definitely order from them again!

Absolutely great product and amazing value! Was able to get the same mouth guard as the one from the dentist but for £50 instead of the £180 I would normally be charged. Instructions to take the mould are very clear and easy. Would absolutely recommend. Only note would be that once you have ordered the product you receive no updates until the item gets delivered so there is a period where you wonder if the item is coming.
