Firstly, staff seem friendly and helpful on the phone.
The online chat is unbelievably slow, the guy I was chating to asked me to wait while he looked into why half my order had not been delivered.
I must have waited at least 20mins. And 5mins between the messages.
My order in the end was delivered by 4 different couriers and 2 of the 4 bags of base coat adhesive were split open when they finally arrived.

Every time I call EWI for advice on product or order they were all very helpful. Last delivery was damaged but it was quickly rectified. Jack was exceptional. He was very helpful and nothing was a problem. I got updates from him every few hours. Absolutely amazing company. Would definitely recommend.

Looking to get external insulation and render done before the winter. Getting quotes from builders, noticed they are trying to make money if they buy the materials by using the inflation excuse. So thought let me shop around. Came across EWI Store, website looking good but as I know nothing about building work, I still was not sure what I needed.
Decided to call them up, I spoke to Calum Heaney. He was very polite and patient with me as I was asking plenty of questions being a newbie. Calum had explained the process and what I needed, he also explained the differences between the product as the variety options can be daunting. He got me a quote as soon as I got off the phone via email. Now speaking to my builder, I had to change the quantity according to his work and Calum was helpful in making the changes.
Once the products arrived, everything was spot on. Out of 55 adhesive bags that I ordered, 2 had a slight split on the bag and some of the powder had come out probably from delivery and I got in touch with the Customer Support department and spoke to Sushmita Sharma. Again, very helpful and told me she will arrange for 2 replacement bags to be sent which I received a couple of days later. Process was very simple.
I would like to thank both for their service as it has been flawless compared to other places I have been too when shopping around. The experience was worth it as I now know the process of external insulation and rendering a home. Another thing to point out is that I saved over £1000 on materials compared to what the builder quoted me.

It was nice and good cooperation from Maria and her team members which made the ordering, invoicing, payment, and delivery very swift without any apprehensions.

This is our first time dealing with EWI Store.
There were a few complications on the order as we ordered the wrong size boards. The team was extremely professional in helping us to resolve the issue, and I could not thank them enough!

I would like to specifically mention Maria Rafique, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She arranged for us the material replacement as well as checked with me on each item in order to help us with the correct purchase. Thank you Maria you were exceptional.

From the moment I walked through the door at the Aylesbury branch I could tell instantly I was in the right place.

I explained I was a complete novice not knowing what I needed. The staff were quick to work out the correct system for my application(despite my poor terminology and sketches). I was able to have a good look at the product and ask questions.

Used EWI a few times now and the service has always been great. All materials in stock and usually delivered within 48 hours which is excellent
Latest experience of two bags of render from a larger load damaged in transit which I didn’t notice and signed off as ok. Dealt with Sushmita who sorted everything efficiently and quickly without fuss to get me replacements in less than 48 hours in time for weekend works. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and would happily use again and definitely recommend to anybody

EWIstore render starting blistering within a year. Now year three and large amounts are blowing of the wall. EWIs answer is sort it out with the plastering company. The plastering company was recommended to me by EWI, and were wearing EWI T-shirts, but have never replied to my phone calls or emails.
As far as I am concerned this system does not work, don't use it. Use convential render.

I used EWIstore to recommend an installer for external insulation for my house. They recommended Mr. Ruman Angelov.
Ruman did an excellent job with the insulation. Any queries I had with the work were always resolved, and the finished worked even had a couple of neighbours enquiring about the work and asking for Ruman’s details.
I recommend Ruman to anyone requiring external insulation.

I ordered rendering from them around 1pm and decided to cancel the order at 5pm as changed our minds. They wouldnt let me cancel the order on the same day even though the delivery was only 2 days after. Customer Service is none existent. Do not recommend buying from them.

To the reply from ewi store:

When I called them yesterday the customer service agent said I can cancel it as the product hasnt been mixed yet and she called me today to say sorry it has so they have to deliver. I dont think I should be responsible if the order was mixed between the two calls. Moreover being a national online store Im sure you could sell them on again in a matter of hours/days.

Michael at the EWI store could not have been more helpful. He has a full understanding of their products and is always contactable for any queries. He was very prompt with orders and deliveries. Fantastic company. I would highly recommend.

I came across Ewi the other day for a insulation project we are doing for a housing association. After speaking to so many insulation companies I didn’t have much luck.
When I spoke to Agnieszka at Ewi she made everything so simple and smooth. Everything she said from the knowledge she had she delivered with the exact timeframe if not earlier. She is an absolute credit to that company. We are in the construction industry for over 25 years. We will definitely do business with Ewi again.
