Rowena and the team were brilliant from Start to Finish. They answered all our questions and everything was so well organised. Would definitely recommend.

We used Exceptional Villas again this year for our family holiday and once again, we had an exceptional holiday! Rowena was super supportive, brilliant at keeping us on track, reminding us of the various deadlines as they loomed and ensured everything was organised for us before we arrived and during our stay.

The personnel are very friendly and informative. My questions were all addressed in a professional way. I have used Exceptional Villas a few times and each experience was great.

Elaine was spectacular to work with. Kind, communicative, patient, thorough and a true problem solver. No question or concern went unanswered or unaddressed. My family of eight had the most wonderful vacation. Our Villa was just one year old, so everything was brand new. The staff at the villa were so pleasant and did everything they could to make our visit special; from the delicious breakfast every morning with homemade coffee cake to fresh fruit and cappuccino. We also had several dinners in and they were some of the best meals we had on the entire trip. Elaine Donoghue was our concierge contact and she was amazing, from helping with special outings(boat trip one day with snorkeling and views of the coastline). She helped with finding drivers to take us to other destinations( trip to Pompei with a delicious lunch at a vineyard after the tour. Also help with dinner reservations, and all kinds of useful information; I just can’t say enough about how much we appreciated her help. I felt after daily chats with Elaine I had found a new best friend.

The entire process from renting the villa to car rentals, airport transportation, reservations, etc…was all taken care of by Rowena. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything happen. i would highly recommend using Exceptional villas and we will definitely be using them our next trip as well.

Rowena consistently went above and beyond to help secure restaurants, activities and answer endless questions from me. Have already recommended them and will certainly be back.

We recently returned from Barbados after a 7-night stay at Foster House arranged expertly by Yvonne and Rowena of Exceptional Villas. We shared this magnificent villa with our two sons and their families. With a stunning view of the water, and such spacious and beautiful accommodations, we had everything at our disposal.
The staff were wonderful - we were blessed to have Cheryl, our cook, and her lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to us all. The house was always clean and the food delicious. The pool was a big hit with our two grandsons.

The house was perfect for our two families. The house had everything we needed. Patricia was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and pool floats were great to have. Smith's reef is not far from the house, we snorkled almost every day. Watching the sunsets from the patio was ridiculously beautiful. The marina is walking distance and the restaurants there are really good. I would highly recommend this to our friends and have even talked about renting this villa again.
