Non posso che lasciare una recensione negativa per Exfor dopo l’esperienza incredibilmente frustrante che ho avuto con loro. Non solo mi hanno impedito di prelevare i miei fondi per oltre un mese, ma hanno addirittura richiesto che lasciassi una recensione positiva prima di elaborare la mia richiesta di prelievo!

Ho accettato, sperando che finalmente avrei potuto riavere i miei soldi, ma dopo aver lasciato la recensione (ovviamente falsa, sotto pressione), il mio prelievo è rimasto in "elaborazione" per più di una settimana, senza alcun aggiornamento o spiegazione. È chiaro che stanno usando tattiche manipolative per ritardare i prelievi e migliorare artificialmente la loro reputazione online.

Attenzione a tutti: se vi chiedono di lasciare una recensione positiva per sbloccare il prelievo, è un enorme segnale di allarme. Io mi ritrovo ancora senza i miei fondi, senza risposte dal supporto e con la sensazione di essere stato truffato.

Consiglio: evitateli a tutti i costi. Ci sono piattaforme più serie e trasparenti dove non si gioca con i soldi degli utenti. Exfor dimostra totale mancanza di professionalità e onestà.

Dopo aver risolto un problema tecnico hanno provveduto al ritiro dei miei fondi. Molto bene

Los retiros están bloqueados...le pondré una estrella porque no hay menos valoración.. en el soporte te dicen qie ya llega pero no dejan retirar..no coloques tu dinero allí o lo perderás todo.

Ya voy casi para 1 mes que solicite un retiro y nadie da razón con ese tema, el personal del broker dice es que el broker no tiene los fondos. Espero que alguien del equipo pueda solucionar mi caso y consideraria cambiar mi reseña o de lo contrario me tendre que ir a un ente regulador para que me ayude.

I’m writing this review with great disappointment and a sincere hope for fairness.
I initially deposited my funds (thousands) with Exfor, trusting my account manager who assured me that the bonuses I received were tradable, as clearly stated in Exfor’s own terms and conditions. For months, everything worked as expected. My trades were open and running normally.

After receiving the bonus, my account remained fully operational for a long period, even during times when the balance was negative and the margin level was below 100 percent. In fact, the account stayed open and active for months, even while showing a negative balance larger than the bonus itself. This clearly proves that the bonus was 100 percent tradable, contrary to what Exfor later claimed.

During this entire time, Exfor never sent me a single warning or notification about the negative balance or about any risk related to margin or bonus conditions. If the bonus had really been non-tradable, the account should have been blocked or liquidated much earlier, but it wasn’t. This reinforces the fact that the platform itself treated the bonus as tradable.

Then, without any prior notice, all my positions were suddenly closed and my account was wiped out. The reason? Exfor removed the bonus from my account, which instantly increased the negative balance and caused all trades to be forcibly closed. I lost thousands of euros in seconds.

Support later stated that the bonus was non-tradable, but this is simply false and misleading. I have screenshots and certified account history clearly showing that the bonus had been fully integrated into my margin and accepted by the system, and that my account functioned perfectly even with a balance below zero. The facts speak for themselves.

What is even more concerning is that I have contacted Exfor’s management multiple times, and no one has responded. The live chat has been inactive for months, and customer service seems completely unreachable. Sadly, I see that other users here have experienced the same silence.
At first, they also refused to pay me the affiliate commissions I had rightfully earned. It took two months of persistence before I finally received them. Shortly after that, my trading account was wiped out. One way or another, it feels like they were determined to take my money in the end. Be very careful.
I have all the necessary evidence ready to present to Exfor and, if needed, to the appropriate authorities. I am not writing this out of anger or frustration, but out of a sincere hope that Exfor will acknowledge their responsibility and refund the deposit I entrusted to them in good faith.

To anyone reading this, please think twice before trusting your money to this broker. This is my honest and fully documented experience.

Evita le truffe online! Pensavo che i miei soldi fossero spariti per sempre, ma i dettagli nel mio nome utente mi hanno aiutato a recuperarli tutti.

AGGIORNAMENTO:
Dopo la prima recensione, mi hanno respinto il prelievo dicendo che non potevo prelevare con carta siccome erano passati più di 6 mesi dal deposito e mi hanno detto di prelevare in crypto. ho seguito le loro indicazioni ma il prelievo continua ad essere in stato 'Pending'

La chat l'hanno riattivata ma tanto non rispondono a nessuno, ore di attesa e poi il bot ti dice di lasciare la mail che verrai contattato ma nessun contatto ricevuto...
Vorrei solo prelevare i miei soldi, direi che ne ho tutti i diritti di farlo

Ho scritto mail ma senza risposta, la chat live non è attiva da giorni, e il prelievo sempre in sospeso
Non capisco perché e non riesco a contattare nessuno!!
Vorrei semplicemente avere i miei soldi, non chiedo molto e direi che è più che lecita come richiesta!

Resto in attesa di cortese e urgente riscontro, sperando di trovare una soluzione senza dover procedere per vie legali.
