State alla larga da Exfor! La mia esperienza con questo sedicente broker è stata a dir poco DISASTROSA e rasenta la truffa bella e buona. Si sono presentati a me come una grande opportunità di investimento, ma si sono rivelati un incubo. Ho richiesto un prelievo ben DUE SETTIMANE fa e ad oggi NON HO VISTO UN SOLO CENTESIMO!
Non solo, ma il mio gestore, dopo avermi convinto ad investire con loro, mi ha candidamente detto che, dato che Exfor non lo pagava, si lavava le mani di me e non avrebbe più fornito i suoi servizi di trading sulla piattaforma. Mi ha addirittura suggerito di spostare i miei fondi su una nuova piattaforma! Un comportamento ASSURDO e INACCETTABILE che la dice lunga sulla serietà di questa gente.
Invece di elaborare il mio sacrosanto denaro, questi INCOMPETENTI mi hanno sommerso di richieste di verifica KYC ASSURDE e INUTILI. Ho già caricato i miei documenti d'identità e la prova di residenza, ma a quanto pare non gli basta. L'ultima "genialata" è stata una richiesta di un VIDEO RIDICOLO di 30 secondi in cui dovrei fare il CLOWN: tenere il documento, appoggiarlo, toccarmi il naso muovendo le dita... MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO?!
È palese che queste buffonate servono solo a prendere tempo e a NON PAGARE i clienti. Nel contratto che ho firmato con loro è chiaramente indicato che i prelievi devono essere elaborati in tempi consoni e NON c'è traccia di queste VERGOGNOSE pagliacciate per la verifica.
Non contenti, il loro servizio clienti è INESISTENTE e IGNORANTE. Ho provato a contattarli più volte e non ho ricevuto risposta per 2 settimane
La mia pazienza è finita e ho già provveduto a SPORGERE SEGNALAZIONE ALLA CONSOB, dato che questo broker si comporta in maniera assolutamente ILLEGALE e SCORRETTA.
NON FATE IL MIO STESSO ERRORE! EVITATE EXFOR COME LA PESTE SE NON VOLETE PERDERE I VOSTRI SOLDI E RITROVARVI A FARE I CLOWN PER RIAVERLI, ABBANDONATI DAL VOSTRO STESSO GESTORE!

Avoid This Broker – Withdrawal Issues and Poor Communication
I’m incredibly grateful to the company that helped me recover my funds – as reflected in my profile name and photo.
I deposited funds with this broker, and it took over two weeks for the money to even reach my trading account. They claimed the delay was due to me supposedly opening a Pro Account, even though a quick check confirmed I'd opened a standard one. No clear explanation for the mix-up.
Now, I’m dealing with even more frustration trying to withdraw my funds. Although my withdrawal was initially marked as processed, the transaction was later reversed by the broker with no proper justification. Despite sending multiple emails to Christos, all I get in return is vague replies like “I will look into this.”
This entire experience has been a drawn-out, stressful ordeal. I would strongly advise steering clear of this broker – getting access to your own money should never be this difficult.
