Incorrect flight booking cancellation notification
Expedia site says our flights to & from Rio are cancelled & I need to re-book or request refund.
In fact the flight times had simply been changed (flight numbers were the same) & we were still booked on the flight.
Caused me an absolute panic & phone calls in middle of night. Fortunately, I did not re-book or request refund & BA help desk confirmed booking was still in place.
Horrendous incorrect instructions from Expedia which could potentially have had massive financial implications.

Hotel booking website of choice
I prefer this website to other hotel booking platforms. I particularly like the map function. Of course it always worth doing price comparisons as they are not always the cheapest. I have used Expedia many times and never had a problem.

After I had paid it said my seat was unavailable but I could change it through my itinarary. I cant. I expected to be emailed an itinarary, I have not been.
It is totally unclear how I check in.

It was easy to do
It was easy to do. The only issue was trying to get a detailed print out of what was booked. It does say a room but no other details such as meal add ons etc. But I suspect that is down to the hotel to provide
