Daniel works tirelessly to ensure all your questions are answered either via email or phone, I would often receive emails in the evening requesting information or updating me on the application, personally I cannot fault the communications with Daniel throughout the process.
My re-mortgage did hit some bumps on the way but Daniel was quick to smooth them out, end result is I received a re-mortgage offer, happy days!

I actually got my mortgage elsewhere, which went well, but I wasn't fully comfortable with the insurance arrangements that were made. I was recommended Experts 4 Mortgages by my sister to get a second opinion on the insurance, and I received an honest service.

First off, Daniel at Experts 4 Mortgages assured me that it was not mandatory to have life insurance when buying a home through the LIFT shared equity scheme. My previous broker said it was required when it was not, so I was paying for something on a false concept.

To cut a long story short I was informed that life insurance wasn't actually particularly relevant to me (single, no dependents) and to focus more on Critical Illness and Income Protection insurance. This was honest advice with no charge, and although I am still mulling over whether to take any of the policies offered, the point I'm making is that I have received good information (that makes sense) and honesty. Cancelling the life insurance policy I was unnecessarily sold will also save me a decent amount each month.
