Based on recent experience felt like being pushed in to make a deposit felt like it was in a car showroom Stephen Bloomberg. Don’t answer emails even after he says so another managing director is only concerned about making profits instead of customer satisfaction. I am an old customer has had doors on Windows before their prices have gone fluid from 8% to 10% to 12%. As from Monday they don’t seem to know what percentage they’re actually on, but they know what percentage deposit they want you to pay surprisingly.

Have just had the final phase of a three phase install completed. The product is excellent but the guys who installed really did have the customer in mind when installing. With it being a three phase install there were issues and problems but all were sorted without fuss and the whole team from James (salesperson) Beverley (install manager) and the guys who did the work were professional throughout.

Great service by James in the Weybridge showroom and great installation by Joe and Aidan. Couldn’t be happier! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The quality of the Express Sliding Door product is exceptional, and the process from ordering to installation is faultless.
A special acknowledgment should go to our fitters Steve and Roman, who were professionals, tidy, organised, on time and great guys, who made the installation process flow seamlessly. A job well done of which we are extremely thankful.

Scott and Matt from Express bi-fold came to fix a seal on a window at the agreed time . Whilst they were here they checked all handles throughout the house and a seal on a bifold something not on their original ‘to do’ list. Very courteous,efficient and respectful of furnishings. Great lads, all jobs done satisfactorily

So far our experience from point of sale, admin and then the fitting team has been excellent, really can't rate them highly enough. The doors look great in looks as quality plus I have been assured of their attention to after care and life of the product. Thanks again to the whole team 👌🎉

We stupidly got our excellent doors fitted by guys who did our renovations rather than getting team at bifolds direct to fit them. After a few months things started to go wrong. They became harder to open and close. We rang the customer support and they got Curtis to come out and take a look. It became apparent they had been fitted incorrectly and over a few visits and a relatively small charge we replaced a panel and fixed a few other issues. Curtis was always friendly, approachable and we knew where we stood when it came to issues and cost to fix things. The doors now work even better than ever before. Would recommend the doors as they are really well made and designed, and I would recommend using the express bi-folds team to fit them to avoid issues in the future. They know their product inside out and you’ll get a seemless install that’ll last well into the future without issue.

We love our bi folds but have had a couple of issues with the blinds inside the doors. Each time the customer service has been brilliant and express bi folds have come out and fixed the issue. Scott and Matt today were friendly and helpful and replaced our door promptly.

Scott & Matt came to replace a broken runner on our doors today, the doors have been great for 11 years.

They were very polite and professional and we are very happy with the repair.

Great experience from start to finish. They installed the very large doors at the back of my house perfectly. I did have a minor issue later on, but it was sorted quickly and without any hassle.

Matt and Scott came out to fix it — both were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. They left everything clean and tidy too and fussed over my dogs!

Fantastic product installed by professionals. Over the moon with the sales, service and the onsite team.

We had sl8ding doors, a fixed panel window and a skylight fitted this week. Joe and his colleague were prompt , efficient , informative, helpful and friendly. Joe noticed 2 marks on window and skylight, so has ordered replacements for us.
However I would say that my 5 stars is purely for Joe and his colleague aa the customer service from the office at Express has not been efficient or helpful for various reasons. However, the products do look fantastic and we are very happy. Again we had a couple of queries with the office, which were easily sorted with Joe, but the office were trying to complicate things.
Shame really as doors aren't cheap!

The whole team was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered my many questions, were always available for extra advice, and the final bifold doors and window are brilliant, I am very happy with the whole process and final product. Particular thanks to Dominic in the sales team for the support through out.
