When I purchased my order i was quickly told that unfortunatly they were out of stock and offered a similar item. The customer service was very prompt and helpful. The order also was deliver quickly and was a good price.

Great service
Great service, fast shipping and very reasonable prices. The boots I ordered arrived earlier than expected and the price was the best I found. Unfortunately they didn’t fit me the way I’d hoped so I had to return them. My refund was issued as soon as they received them. I highly recommend Extreme Outfitters.

Reviewing an item, I made an order through the internet and my expectations were fulfilled in a matter of minutes.Thank you Extreme Outfitters. With only one item out of stock and another in the wrong dimensions, the representative applied another order to fix the stock and settled on an outstanding change to the previous item.

2 Day Shipping - USPS Can Deliver But Not Extreme Outfitters
The product was ordered and we paid a RIDICULOUS amount to have '2-Day Priority Shipping'. They took three days just to 'process' the order and when I contacted their customer support (I contacted them on Monday morning for a shipping update) they couldn't care less! She told me: 'We couldn't process your order before pick up today, it will ship out first thing tomorrow.' I finally got the 'ship notice' email at 20:11 EST/17:15 PST (Which means it didn't ship the day they PROMISED). Wednesday morning I check the tracking and it is still 'pre-ship' (meaning it is still at THEIR facility waiting for USPS to pick it up).
So much for 'fast shipping services' - it took them three days and the order still wasn't processed in time. Now even if USPS meets the 'two-day' shipping window it will still have been over 7 Days to receive my product.
I will never use this company again as they don't have the wherewithal to meet customer expectations or to fulfill their promised delivery.
Response:
Perhaps it would be useful to post a message on your website letting your customers know your current difficulties due to the storm and letting them know you are experiencing delays in fulfilling orders; the situation is understandable but the lack of transparency is not. This leads to poor customer experiences which could have been managed. Even when I spoke with your customer representative, she did not inform me of the reason for your difficulties and made it seem that the delay was just business as usual. Had I known your company was located in NC (I only found out you were located in the storm damage area after trying to locate you on Google to post my review) I would have taken that into consideration with the urgency of need for my order. Most people who choose to pay the extra money to expedite shipping do so because they need the product within that time frame, if I had known you would not be able to deliver on the promised shipping window I would have ordered differently.

We are sorry that you feel our customer service is lacking. When you place an order over the weekend, the first possible day of processing is not until that following Monday. Unfortunately our area was severely impacted by Hurricane Florence and we are still trying to play catch up after being closed for over a week. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are still playing catch up in this area because many places are still flooded and roads are closed. We are doing our best to fill every order on time and ship out as soon as possible. We are sorry that you are feeling the pain of Florence as many in this area are as well. We will be happy to refund your shipping costs.
