I had never been in EZ living before…
I had never been in EZ living before and it was by chance that I happened to go into the building. Michele was the salesperson and I found her soo pleasant, helpful and not pushing to buy. I have been there 3 times as was making a decision and I felt it had to be Michele. Today I have purchased a table and chairs and I thank Michele for her help in helping me make a decision.

My experience shopping for kitchen table & chairs
We had the opportunity to look around at all the furniture knowing there were people on hand if we needed help. When we did we got sorted in a timely manner and all our questions answered. The gentleman was very courteous & helpful.

The store was well laid out with lots…
The store was well laid out with lots of items on display. Shortly after going into the shop we were met by Paul (McCarthy). Paul was friendly, helpful and well informed answering any questions we had with ease and making suggestions. He had a great manner and was on hand easily without being overbearing or pushy.
Great demonstrations of the furniture and we were allowed to take our time. Excited to receive my furniture and see it in our home.

After 2 visits from Belfast Furniture…
After 2 visits from Belfast Furniture Repair I am still not too happy with my purchase. The technician was a lovely guy and did all he could on the day to overcome the problem but as I said in the last comment the fault is in the stitching. The corners on the backs of the chairs are not the same.

We have bought from EZ Living twice now and service is really wonderful. Zero pressure from the staff, genuinely great quality and the follow up support with delivery etc is very reliable. Kaitlin Stephens in the Ballymena store made the process of buying a few suites really simple and straightforward. She’s extremely knowledgeable in how wearable materials are which was important to us with our busy household. And she was extremely patient and lovely with our two little ones. Really fantastic service and quality all round. Made all the better by Kaitlyn. Thank you, I’m sure we’ll be back for a third time!
