EZLiving quality and service
We bought the Camden weathered open display unit along with a matching side table. Great quality and on sale at a bargain price. We received valuable advice and excellent service from Edwin. EZ Living has been our preferred furniture store for the last 5 years, we’ve been very happy with their quality and service.

From we walked into the beds area in Ez Living ,Coleraine, Ed came straight over to us and provided in depth details on the items we were looking for. He is very friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time discussing the different types of mattresses available and invited us to try each one. We settled with a king Coil firm , supported mattress and look forward to receiving it. Thank you Ed. Your knowledge and experience made our decision so much easier.

Experience
We were assisted by Lynsey who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable to ask her what questions we had. The only disappointment was the £39 delivery fee which apparently is a standard charge. Christine Holmes

Delivery men
Jim & Aron delivered my furniture. They rang me 30 mins before delivery and arrived 30 mins later. Friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about my rights. I am moving into a new house which is not ready for the furniture to be assembled asked if I leave them in the boxes and when opened if any damage will I be covered they said they would put note that it was not opened and assembled and I would be covered.

Coleraine store staff - excellent!!!!
The staff in the Coleraine store couldn't have been more helpful, we were looking to purchased 4 chairs but there were only 2 in the Coleraine store. Within 2 or 3 days they had sourced 2 more for us from another store and had them ready for pick up within a few more days. Extremely impressed with the staff, nothing was any bother to them. Thank you.

Brilliant store, great quality and variety
Today we went into the store, we were not really intending to buy anything, we were looking for a new kitchen table and chairs. We were met with a lovely gentleman called Edwin, who I must say, was very easy to talk to, he showed us multiple tables and chairs, we sat in all of them, we sat at tables, the variety was amazing. The store was laid out fantastic and the quality of the furniture was brilliant. We bought a beautiful table and 4 chairs. Edwin was a fantastic help, gave us so many options and we ended up getting product we really wanted. Highly highly recommend this store

Great customer service
Edwin Tease was extremely helpful, checked stock levels and went to the trouble of discovering where we could test the mattress we were interested in.
Then completed the sale and faciliated the rest of our requirements.
