Very courteous and helpful service. Have used Histon Rd Branch for several years. Recommended.

I needed service, wheel alignment and battery put in. Spoke to Richard (little Richard! 😅) - gem of a man! Sorted all issues, job done to perfection, and with a smile. Prices are reasonable here.

Sometimes nice attitude and a good smile goes a long way. We're all too stressed with everything so it was a pleasant change to have a laugh. I have been coming to this formula one for years, and will continue to do so. Thanks Richard!

I urgently needed a battery fitted and they were very busy but they went out of their way to fit it for me. Put my mind at ease because I was worried about using my car with the battery keep running out of charge. Great bunch of guys!!!!! Thank you so much to Richard and crew.

Really helpful, sorted by problem quickly and professionally and were extremely reasonable. It was just a slow puncture but I wasn’t pushed with the hard sale to replace the tyre and would definitely go back when I do need new tyres. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

My appointment was for 1pm but I was a bit early but the guys there came over straight away and acknowledged I was there and made me feel welcome. All the guys were very friendly and explained what was wrong with my tyre which was a puncture and they fixed it without trying to sell me a new tyre. Very efficient & helpful
More importantly they made a big fuss of my dog which she loved.

Paid for a service - managed to find that the tyres needed replacing and charge me extra but don't appear to have done many of the checks on the list I paid for (didn't bother to check spare wheel, wipers, etc). Staff were unable to explain the "quality checks" which were performed to ensure service had been appropriately performed.

Super friendly, quick and helpful, “Womble”. (Yes, he said to call him that!”) found fixed my puncture in no time. Great service.

I turned up announced on a Saturday morning, after limping my BMW M3 on a punctured rear, run-flat tyre, by making multiple layby stops on the A14, and using a small compressor.
The Histon Road, Cambridge branch devised a means for me to get a suitable run-flat delivered to their site, fitted and on my way, well before midday. It was great to be the recipient of such magnificent, proactive, problem solving, as well receiving important knowledge that BMW should have shared months previously when they had the chance. The situation was resolved by Formula One Auotocentres' "Big Rich and Kyle" - two fair-minded service agents with the bigger picture in mind throughout. Well Done!

Great service. I arrived late in the day yesterday with a slow puncture on my car. I called ahead to check they could fit me in - so I wouldn’t be stranded! The staff could not have been more helpful. It was a busy evening but they fitted me in after only a short wait. Quick and efficient service and I was soon on my way home. After a difficult week, I was really grateful for their help. Thanks guys.

The guys at F1 Autocentre in Histon Road Cambridge have a heart of Gold, I will definitely come back there when I need to buy more tires, for MOT or service. I already had a spare used tire they fitted to my wheel free of charge when I got a puncture. Times are difficult for everyone so this act of kindness really made my day, my week. Thanks a million !!!!!! I help so many people in life . Receiving a bit unrequested help back is really amazing !!!!!!
