Called in at Leicester F1 autos early morning without booking to have a punctured tyre looked at (tyre was one of two replaced by F1 in February) ,very helpful staff had tyre fixed after leaving it with them for 40 mins,great service ,will call again.

F1 Leicester abbey lane - incredible service! The guys there, particularly Joe are so helpful, welcoming and extremely knowledgable. Mechanics have a stigma of ripping people off but I can confidently say this f1 garage is reliable honest and I highly recommend

Turned up at the Leicester branch Sunday for a puncture repair. Only one car on the ramp so thought it would not be too long before I got looked at but didn’t count on being ignored whilst the staff were happily chatting away and rolling cigarettes. Was told to come
back tomorrow. Not for me. Customer service non existent.

Had the misfortune of 2 screws in 2 different tyres recently. Booked both for puncture repair online at a very reasonable £22 at the Leicester abbey Lane branch.

Excellent service on both occasions, friendly and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

Have used Formula 1 for years and have always had great value for money and trustworthy work done. Had my car in this time for its service and realised whilst it was there that the MOT was soon due, rang them up and they fitted it in and sorted it whilst it was there saving me having to arrange to have to drop it off again.

Such amazing quick service by the Wigston branch! Mantas has great customer service. Thank you and will see you again. 100% recommend.

I took my car in for a full service, I was called by F1 Autos and told that my car needed new brake pads and discs all, that two tyres were also about ready for changing. I was quoted over £350 for repairs without new tyres. When I asked did the car was still on the ramp I was told no. I said I'd come and collect the car without the repairs being done. When I picked the car up I was offered finance to cover the cost of the repairs, but I explained my car had its MOT booked for 3pm that same day. I was told that brakes and pads wouldn't come up on an MOT (REALLY!!).
My car passed its MOT with no advisories. I asked about brake pads and discs they said they were perfectly good. My partner had taken his car for an MOT at F1 Auto's 6 months ago, he was told his car had failed its MOT on brakes and pads. Shockingly, he had only had his brakes and pads replaced 5 months earlier by F1 autos!! My friends MOT at the same branch failed its MOT for the same thing. So glad I didn't have my MOT there and got it checked independently. I honestly think it's a complete scam, I doubt my service was done properly now too!!
