4th visit to F1. Needed 4 new tyres for MOT. Checked online at first, for prices, followed up with a call to F1, Stirchley. Spoke to Jordan. really helpful in getting me to the best deal. Booked for 10.30 Saturday, arrived 10.15. Car was ready in less than an hour, as promised. All good, very efficient, friendly. No doubt, this will continue to be my first choice for tyres in the years to come.

Got a good deal on line for 2 tyres, fitting offered the next day. I arrived on time & my car was dealt with very quickly, professionally with polite staff. Unlike many garages the workshop was clean & tidy - creates a good impression.
Definitely will return here in future. Thank you!

Basically I ordered the exact tyres needed (at a competitive price), picked a time slot within a day and got my tyres changed. Sounds simple but loads of garages make you wait a week or don’t understand front and rear tyres can be different sizes. Smooth transaction not like other places.

The team at the Birmingham site were so helpful and honest to my mum and I, they delivered an amazing and professional service advising us on the best ways to go around our MOT and even supported my mum in scrapping her car and navigating a new one. The front number plate which had been replaced and had fallen off my car was eventually fixed after an angry response from the Customer Care manager - Andy Warner. Yesterday, the rear number plate also fell off. I have no idea where, and is lost. Looking at the empty
space where it should have been, There were TWO small sticky tape pads (£3.28). The old front plate, which I asked to keep, had SEVEN.
And looking at the new tyres, I cannot believe the shoddy work which has been done. My tyre ''rims'' have been replace by dirty, muddy, rusty scratched ones. Just because I am an elderly pensioner with an elderly car, why am I treated like this ? ? ? ? I'm not yet senile !

I was able to find, read, open some of the links on a variety of different pages, choose a service option & pay for it (using my mobile phone).

Thanks to the lads today I was on my way on holiday and popped into formula one to have my tyres checked and they found a nail in my tyre. Thanks guys.

Taken 48 hour to change a tyre, staff was abusive and rude. All members of there team gang up cause me to feel threatened. Avoid at all costs.

Very helpful friendly approachable staff. A good crew. Service done within two hours.

Booked online for a service for our van, we called to ask if they can change the back breaks while they had it in. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes they finally answered and said that they aren’t sure if the van will fit and could we bring it down to check. We had already paid online for the service. When we took it down they said no won’t fit you’ll receive a refund. We are still waiting for the money to come back to us and had to pay again to have a service at a different garage. Be wary if you have a van and using their online service despite putting the number plate in it is more than happy to take your money even if the garage isn’t equipped.

Another great experience at formula 1 Lee an the his team are amazing. There service is just the best so friendly and polite. Genuine nice people. The prices are very fare for a such a nice new building Lee told me it's a family run business so that's really nice to know aswell.
