I booked my car in for a MOT and a reverse light fix and am completely satisfied with the service. Charlene at front desk is friendly and explained to me in detail what was going on every step of the way; when there was a delay or a problem with delivery. As someone who has no clue about cars having someone explain to me what the problem was was more helpful as now I know more about my car.

I can’t thank Martin & Charlene enough! I tried to change my car bulb myself and got myself in a pickle. I called at 1pm on a Sunday and Charlene told me to pop round and she will get it sorted for me. When I arrived both Martin and Charlene were really welcoming even though I felt really daft! Martin rectified my error and changed both bulbs. He also put air in my tyres as the light was on the dash. I then discovered Martin was actually only at work today as he was helping a colleague and didn’t have to help the damsel in distress at all. Thank you both for your kindness. You’re amazing!

Second time using the F1 Autocentre in Swindon. Used their price match no problem. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice clean waiting area. I will certainly be using them again.

Took my car for MOT, it failed but Charlene and they guys were brilliant and worked really hard during a very busy time to get it through, will deffo go back. The pay over 4 months really helped for this time of year too. Very grateful to all involved getting my car back on the road.Swindon F1

2nd November took our mondeo and focus for repairs highlighted on previous service. Can’t fault any of the staff at this Swindon centre. Needed a Mot which was also done on the day. Kept informed throughout the process.

Great customer service.

Had a problem with my wheel/tyre. They spent time tying to find the correct wheel, out of their own time. And helped me get back up and running.

Would suggest to all family and friends.

I came at 2.30 in the afternoon to get my rear brakes replaced and despite being incredibly busy, they managed to fit me in and get the parts and get the work done in an hour and a half!

Great service, A++. Manager and staff very polite and got everything sorted for me after mot failed, they got it done and retested same day. 100% recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. If you need your tyres changed in Swindon GO THERE. The Lady ( manager ) was very very helpful. Tyres were also spot on and extremely well priced.

Recently had my wife's car MOT and they were really helpful in helping us get the car up to spec to pass and addressing other issues. Will be taking my own car in a couple of months for its MOT and probably a couple of tyres. Easy online booking.

Thanks to staff at Formula one for replacing my tyre first thing this morning due to family emergency when my booking was not until the afternoon. Always so helpful.

Went in for my CAR MOT, was informed that it had failed and due to the nature of what had failed my car would be fixed the following day, which was completely understandable.
Minding my own business, I received a phone call later in the day saying that they had completed the work and my car was ready to be picked up, it meant not having to miss a day at work or relying on anyone else to get me in
I forget the two guys I dealt with but they were very chatty and easy to get on with
Price wise can't have any complaints and availability of MOT slots were second to none, much better then competitors I've used in the past, definitely will be coming back if I need anything done in the future

Charlene and Martin were very accommodating and managed to get me a MOT as mine had run out while away working in Swindon. The reception area is also very clean and all staff had massive smiles on their faces

Absolutely brilliant, i had to get my MOT done early and the garage moved my mot to their first available appointment, the service was great and the people where very friendly.
