Got a great welcome from Calvin, great customer service and quick turnaround. Zack had difficulty lifting my car on the ramp but he was patient and showed me my condition on wheels and brakes. Definitely will be going back to have a decent experience from Calvin and Zack.

When I arrived the man at the reception told me it was not possible to MOT my car due to IT problems, and yet the previous day I was sent a reminder, because the very next day I was leaving to go up to Scotland. He was very dismissive and said there’s nothing he could do.Then all of a sudden I was told it could be done, the car passed as I knew it would. So it all ended well, so from my experience I I wouldn’t go back next year.

They literally saved my life by being there late in a Friday evening when I’m sure they wanted to go home! Them and the AA man Gethin are my new heroes. Quick service at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!

Excellent team and service at Wellingborough F1 Autocentre. Arrived late on a Friday evening 20 minutes before closing and expected to be turned away. I was welcomed warmly and my tyre was changed quickly and efficiently within 15 minutes. Very friendly and polite team. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you everyone at F1 Wellingborough. Very impressed 👏

Good explanation of work that was carried out although one of the problems could not be resolved (warning light) which isn't entirely their fault.

Great service and little upselling, which makes a difference.

Do not be swayed by the MOT and Service deal, they will find something wrong with your car.

Recently daughter had car looked at here and including the deal which was £250 the bill in the end was £900 plus.

Service completed and things needed changing on back tyres (brake discs, brake pads and brake fluid) resulting in £550 plus, 2 days later taken back for MOT, bulge in one of the back tyre costing £70 plus.

Man behind us had 2 new tyres fitted by them a couple of days ago, he had to come back as wrong tyres they handed him the keys and didn't even apologise.

I took my car to Formula One as they were recommended . Great service and great guys

The technician changed the wrong tyre based on the centre manager’s vehicle check-in notes. I had told centre manager that tyre to be changed was the driver front one. Complaint passed to area manager who was rude and advised he can’t look into it any further as it was my fault (he reached this conclusion on initial contact over phone before he even investigated what had happened). The whole staff crew at Wellingborough garage needs a revamp!

Great Customer Service. They took my car in early and gave me a great price for the new tyre which was perfect because my previous tyre was fairly new but had a nail in it.
I will definitely use them again. This is for the Wellingborough team.

Truly great guys i can not thank them enough, when my clutch went on my car at a busy junction close to their premises, they were my knights in shining armour and got me out of a really bad situation! Thank you! I will definitely be using and recommending them in the future!

Not impressed had a problem with the engine and they couldn't pinpoint what was wrong.They fitted a new part and the engine management light and service engine light have come back on driving sluggish again.560 pounds worse off.

Even though I didn't realise I had to choose a time, I had booked it in for AM and they completed the work in good time. No complaints at all.

Took my car in today as it failed its MOT at another garage and this place managed to get me booked in first thing the next day. Upon arrival they knew exactly what they needed to do, and I didn’t need to wait to long before they started having a look into my car.

Kai was very helpful keeping me updated throughout the day as I was away keeping myself occupied. They didn’t take to long and were honest with what needed to be done and at great value. Really appreciate that they also do a payment plan over a span of 4 months aswell to help make it more affordable. 10/10

Came in today for work to pass my MOT. Calvin was great getting us booked in quickly over the phone and was able to answer all my questions on arrival.
Work was completed by Kai, excellent job done and he was so supportive and understanding during the whole process.

I have recently bought in my car and my daughters car to be looked at separate occasions rang and was fitted in asap services was very good and helpful by all staff .everything was explained to me professionally and once I came in unsure how to top up my car and he came out to advise me how very happy would recommend to all I know.many thanks.elaine and family.

Car went in for two new front tyres and free winter check. Upon getting car back and home I noticed both dust caps were missing off the new tyres and the Nissan logo had been snapped the front offside wheel and left in the centre compartment with the locking wheel nut.
On taking the car back the guy in the reception was totally uninterested. Two new dust caps and no apology whatsoever. Poor customer service

Fantastic service by the team, I was stuck, 2.5hrs from home with a broken car, no phone battery and the guys at Formula one auto centre looked after me - provided a phone charger, ordered my exhaust, fitted it and even fixed a broken indicator - could not fault any of the service I was provided - thanks guys!
