Just back from Singapore Grand Prix weekend. Organisation was superb and the entertainment and view outstanding.

My first F1 Experience (and with the Italian Grand Prix). I thoroughly enjoyed it. The photo op, the track truck ride and especially the Pit Area walk was awesome. The seat location was good but the steel pillar somewhat hindered view and the seats could use an upgrade. The Monza racetrack and its hot story was perfect. The package price was great and affordable.

The organisation was superb apart from Friday!
Friday was so hot and we could have done with some shade. Even if you had opened the balcony to allow us to sit! The seats were rather squashy in that heat. Apart from that FANTASTIC.
I will return but not to Monza. Im afraid I wouldn't meet such nice people.

Hello, we watched in family the Italy GP. Fantastic. It was incredible the comeback of Checo Perez. But what we liked the most, is that immediately after the race, Checo Perez and Max Verstappen, two people from totally different nations, gave each other a big hug as brothers. That is what Formula 1 leaves us, the great fraternity among Humans from all over the Earth.

Save your money and just buy a 3 day grandstand ticket. The pit lane walk on the Thursday had everyone meet at 5:20 pm, hang around until 6:10, before being allowed into an empty pit lane. The cars were in their garages, no drivers, no mechanics, no pit stop practice. Some of the cars were under covers. As a result everyone walked straight down pit lane and had to wait for a podium interview session that was similar to what goes on every race in the fan zone. Aweful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Purchased the started package for monza 2023 and when selecting the grandstand from the interactive map, it was advertised as covered, only to rock up on the weekend of, for it to be completely exposed, people laying on the grass in between races in the shade, absolute joke, and the company is taking no responsibility for it even though the said they had similar drama last year, every person I spoke to in the stands said it was advertised as covered but they won’t take accountable unless we have it in email form, backwards and forward emails the whole weekend, offered us to pay over $450 aud to be moved to another stand, real kick in the doot. Worst company I’ve dealt with! Avoid them at all costs, pit walk was the highlight of the whole weekend but later found out you can purchase that through other company’s, my partner didn’t even come on the Saturday due to no cover and blistering heat. And we spend most part of Sunday trying to find someone to try sort the issue out, terrible experience

Everything was perfect, I enjoyed it a lot. All the people involved in the organization were fantastic and made me feel at home.

Harrison at F1 Experiences worked hard to get us Aston Martin Paddock Club team hospitality tickets that are rarely offered to the public for the Italian Grand Prix at Monza as well as Paddock Club tickets for the Canadian Grand Prix. We had a wonderful time at both and I want to thank Harrison for his terrific customer service and careful follow up. The Aston Martin hospitality lounge in Monza was absolutely beautiful and the F1 Experiences lounge in Montreal was also beautiful and both offered terrific appearances by top drivers and other interesting F1 figures. We got to meet Fernando Alonso, Lando Norris, Esteban Ocon, Pierre Gasly, Nico Hulkenberg, David Croft, James Vowles, Mike Krack, Franz Tost, Mario Isola, Jean Alessi, Jacques Villeneueve, F2 drivers such as Ollie Bearman and others. We also got a garage tour of the Aston Martin F1 team garage.

Well done F1 Experiences and Harrison!!!

We had the starter package at Monza and it was three times as good as expected, it was really worth it. The team of F1 experiences was reachable easily with instant replies to our queries and assisted on site also to make it a great weekend. Thursday with Pit Lane Walk etc. was special!

High quality hotel used which was 5mins walk from main train station in Milan. Handy for visiting other locations during the race weekend. Transport to and from Monza race track was basically door to door service. A bit embarrassing being transported past thousands of other fans as they make their own way in/out of the racetrack. F1 Experiences staff on site were very helpful and kept us informed. Our grandstand (Laterale Destra 26) gave excellent views and just opposite the pit lane and starting position. Expensive but well worth it for a 4 night stay and events over Thursday to Sunday including pit lane walks and being transported around the track.

Friday
Large comfortable busses take you to the circuit and park on the old circuit about 10 mins walk to the Fan Zone (the first area you see). This bypasses any entrances which is great. No one checked bags or if your water bottle had a cap! The only time you need your tickets is when you enter the grandstand, which is on the opposite side of the track across one bridge and under a tunnel.
The hospitality centre is closed on Friday so only access to the grandstand seats. You will need to buy your own food and drink. You have to queue up and pay at the Garage bars, get a ticket and then go to the food stall that supplies the food you ordered. This means you’re queuing with everyone who also wants drinks. Tip - during F1 action, the stalls are much quieter, as soon as the action stops, the queues mount up very quickly. There are water refills but they are sparse and attract large queues. Note that there is both natural water and sparkling. I found one natural water tap that often had no queue at all (behind grandstand 27/28). Commentary is all in Italian and very loud.

Saturday / Sunday
A far better experience today! The hospitality suite was open which made the world of difference from Friday. A large air conditioned room under the main grandstand with an outside balcony right by the start line. Plenty of food and drink was available through the day although long queues formed at peak times. Slightly annoying was having to queue for water/soft drinks with everyone who wanted complex orders of alcoholic drinks. The staff were really pleasant but better organisation could have made things much quicker. There was plenty of beer, wine and Ferrari bubbly available but no spirits.

An absolute highlight was the 30min paddock tour with about 8 people at a time. We were issued a VIP pass and taken through the paddock gates, a huge privilege. Obviously the paddock is a magical place for all race fans and there is sometimes opportunity (but not always) to see drivers rush past (you’d be lucky to get a pic with them).

Within the hospitality suite are many TV screens with English commentary when it’s available. There are also English language speakers outside on the balcony if you want to watch the action on track and via the large screen on the opposite side of the track, although this does compete with the very loud Italian commentary on track.

There was no English commentary available via FM radio. The only option is to use the F1 TV app (which is complementary to F1 Experience hospitality - but you have to set it up before you leave on a PC). This only allows you F1 coverage, not other races.

We had an occasional live MC with Sean Kelly, F1 statistician. He was very good and also interviewed a couple of F1 people whist we were there (Crofty, Bert Schneider, Nico Hulkenburg).

Your seats are undercover but open to the sun in the morning and it gets very hot. On Saturday I was able to move to empty seats at the back but that’s more difficult on Sunday with people people around. Take some sun lotion! We watched the start of the F1 race in the grandstand to get the atmosphere them moved into hospitality below to watch on TV and hear the commentary in English. After the race, the Tifosi crowd the racetrack to get to the podium which is down at the other end. If you want to join them, be quick!! You can also take the tunnel under the track in front of the grandstand to return to the bus, which will help avoid some crowds.

Buses back to the Hilton Hotel take around 45 mins and they provided a bottle of water each day.

I’m conclusion, would it recommend the F1 Experience (Champions Club) for £5k? Well, there seems to be no shortage of people happy to pay, often those who are from abroad and want everything taken care of. There’s no doubt it makes the F1 experience easy, privileged and memorable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotels and transport to the track are taken care of, on Sat/Sun food and drink is easily available and you’re in a great position so see the racing, both outside and indoor comfort on screen. A quick trip to the normally inaccessible Paddock is the absolute icing on the cake. If you can afford it, do it! However, it’s a little like flying business class, it’s always going to be difficult to go to another race with a normal ticket!

We enjoyed our time a lot

The food and catering was great. Paddock, motorhomes, gridwalk I enjoyed very much. Location in Zandvoort is perfect for these events.

In the booking you can redeem vouchers and F1 TV access, but this is not really the case. The discount is not 10% and the F1TV does not work, according to the reception in Zandvoort

We had a fantastic time over the whole weekend. The Thursday night experience was great and the race was brilliant. The experience was very good and exceeded our expectations.

There are a few areas where it could improve:

It would be good to be in a hotel in the centre rather than out at the airport to give more options for post-track dining/entertainment. It was 30-45 minutes into the centre and the same back and after long days at the track it was too late to get into Amsterdam for dinner.

It would also be nice if there were other special things to do over the weekend rather than a single event on Thursday or make the Thursday went longer so the pit walk and other activities were not so crowded.

Initial contact was quick, and efficient. Good coordination and info prior to the event itself once booked. Tickets arrived in good time, with no issues. We enjoyed the race (Zandvoort) and the hospitality was very good. Staff at the Paddock Club were extremely nice without exception. Absolutely no complaints.

Great communication when having questions before the events.
The track tour were nice and pitline walk.

The whole experience was a great
Only one negative point because of delay entering for the pit line walk, coming to the end to the red Bull box
There no team crew members anymore and the cars were covered. This was quite disappointing for us as we are a Red Bull fans

The Champions Club package at Zandvoort is certainly an impressive way to experience an F1 race trackside, but Paddock Club it is not, even if it is still pretty expensive. The view across the track is impressive, but frustratingly the balconies are set too far back (or too low) to fully see the cars in the heart of the banking, even if they are visible on the entry and exit to the corner. The balconies would also benefit from a few more umbrellas to keep guests dry, in addition to a few information screens to keep track of race details (the screen across the track being too small for this purpose). There are the usual guided tours to the paddock and grid but without a pitlane tour, there is no opportunity to see the F1 cars up close. The catering is ok, with two bars and two food buffets, plus some table service, but with relatively limited food and drink choices. It would have been good to have had more than two race simulators available considering the number of guests and the long gaps between track sessions - one eventually got broken anyway.

The whole concept, the purchase of the tickets, the after-sales, the personal contact with Marley, and nothing is impossible. All this has given us a great weekend and will be ordering again for next year.
