Legend 3-Days | F1 Experiences Suite
The experience was for all 3 days of the Barcelona Grand Prix and was a once in a lifetime trip to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday.
All the relevant daily passes for the F1 Paddock Club were received in good time.
The experience itself was everything I hoped and more. The hospitality was first rate, as were the staff who provided it.
Podium Experience Barcelona
We had booked the Podium Experience at Barcelona. After all the track stuff on the Friday we were escorted round to the Pit Lane in groups of 10. We walked up and down the pit lane where in some garages the crews were still working. There was no rush and the F1 Experience staff were wonderful and full of knowledge. We then went 'behind the scenes' where all the Motorhomes were. We were lucky whilst there to bump into George Russell who was so accommodating. I would recommend this package to anyone. It was our first Grand Prix and hopefully will not be the last. Thank you so much F1 Experience.

Montréal was my first ever GP I attended and was truly amazing. Everything was so nicely organized and well managed from, staff, food to entertainment all around.

From start to finish this was a great experience
I bought the tickets for my wife for her 40th so I really wanted it to be special and it was
Kai Murray was really helpful in choosing the right package for us and our budget, what we were sold and what we got exactly matched up which is all you can ask for really
The blanc stand was amazing with incredible views of the end of the final straight, chicane and down the start / finish lane, the cars were close and you got a real appreciation of the sheer pace of them
The hospitality was great, food was good, drinks flowing all day and the team on-site really looked after everyone and were really friendly
It did get cold on Sunday so beware when it says its going to be cold it really will be so be prepared for that but the other days were shorts days so you cant complain really just prepare for it
Hotel was decent and right in the middle of montreal, transport to and from the circuit was easy, every day we were told it could be up to 50 mins to get there and 2 hours to get back but it was never more than 20 in and 50 back, we may have got lucky but it was really easy
Montreal is also a lovely city
Overall we loved it and if you're thinking about then do it
Incredible Audi Garage Paddock Pass Experience (Montreal) – Kai Murray Was Outstanding!
(Montreal 2026 Race) We had an absolutely incredible VIP Paddock Pass experience and couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to Kai Murray from F1 for guiding us through the options. Kai was outstanding — responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He made the whole booking process smooth and helped us understand exactly what we were getting.
As first-time Paddock Pass holders, we really appreciated how clear Kai was because there are so many options and packages. It’s important for buyers to fully understand what’s included with each pass so they can make the best choice for their trip.
We purchased Paddock Passes for my wife and myself, specifically in the Audi Garage with the Legends Pass for Sunday (Race Day). This gave us access to the restricted back paddock area. The highlights were unreal: a private tour inside the Audi garage (which was absolutely insane), pit lane walk, and podium celebration. We skipped the track tour even though it was included — it just wasn’t something we were interested in — but everything else exceeded expectations.
The hospitality in the suite was fantastic. The staff and everyone we interacted with were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. My wife (who is 21 weeks pregnant) was on Cloud 9 the entire time and even got photos with George Russell and Antonelli — memories we’ll cherish forever.
Overall, it was an amazing, world-class experience. We loved every minute of it and are already looking forward to doing it again — maybe bringing my dad next time. Thank you so much to Kai and the entire team!
A couple of friendly suggestions for future guests:
Better pre-event communication and wayfinding would make a big difference, especially for first-timers. A simple one-page map showing key spots like “Uber pickup here,” “Shuttle pickup,” and “Walking route to Paddock Entrance” would be incredibly helpful.
An exit strategy guide would also be valuable — things like “Fastest way back to the city,” recommended transport options (bus/metro/Uber), and approximate times. On one day we ended up walking from the island back into the city because we didn’t have clear information. What we thought would be a short walk turned into a tough 2-hour trek, which was especially difficult with my wife being pregnant. A clear map and exit guidance would prevent that for others.
If F1 Marketing could create clean, simple, track-specific guides for Paddock Pass/VIP guests, it would elevate the already excellent experience even further.
That said, we’re still so appreciative and would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to go all-in on a Formula 1 race weekend. Truly unforgettable!

Miami 2026 was my first live Grand Prix experience and was impressed by the F1 Experiences team from start to finish! The team was professional and courteous! I’m now thinking of traveling to other locations and will be booking through F1 Experiences!
Buying a Paddock Club ticket DOES NOT entitle you to walk around the actual F1 paddock.
Be aware that buying a Paddock Club ticket through F1 Experiences DOES NOT entitle you to actually walk around the F1 paddock. Even though I was told I would be able to have access.

From the first contact to the chequered flag, Jack and the team at F1 Experiences were outstanding. Kept me in the loop with the required updates and key points before arrival and the paddock club suite was all we expected and so much more. Our glasses were never empty and the food on offer was top end restaurant quality prepared before you eyes. We will be back at the paddock club soon.
The best customer support
We had a really great experience in the website which was very helpful in outlining what our options were and the checkout process was super easy. The team communicated with us really well as the event approached. But unfortunately it was canceled for reasons outside their control. But the customer service team was really great and helpful in crafting a solution. I would highly recommend booking with them again.

F1 Experiences provides VIP access and treatment. From the Paddock Club parking area shuttle to the behind-fhe-scenes access every aspect is well planned and executed. Attended the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to see Lando win the Championship and it was an absolutely fantastic experience with world class service from booking to the chequered flag!! The suite, staff hosting, food, tours and experiences etc were top top class making for a truly phenomenal weekend thanks to everyone at F1 Experiences, thank you so much!!

Everything was very well organized, the lounge was great, food exceptional (sushi, meats, local delights) and premium drinks (Moet, Cloudy Bay, Hendrick's) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special compliments to Andrew, who was an outstanding host and guide, and supported us throughout all three days at the circuit.

The experience both online while booking the event and the support and assistance provided onsite was spot on and made for an amazing experince and afun time at the event.
One suggestion though is the support and inputs on what to expect after the event while heading home/back to the hotel especially if one did not book the hotel accommodations/shuttle via F1 just to give clients a heads up to ploan accordingly.

Dear F1 Experiences Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience my group and I encountered during the Mexico City Grand Prix. Our tickets were purchased under the (Order # and we never received the email containing our tickets. As directed, we collected our passes from the Marriott Hotel and successfully attended the Pit and Paddock Day on October 24th with no issues — all ten of us were granted entry using our official lanyards and passes.
However, on Sunday, October 26th, when we arrived at 12:30 PM for the main race, security refused us entry, stating that we required physical tickets in addition to the lanyards. We were sent from Entrance 1 to Entrance 6, during which time a taxi driver took advantage of the situation and charged us USD 100 for the short trip, seeing our desperation.
We are a professional event company that purchased 10 premium tickets and brought celebrity influencers to experience F1 through your program. What should have been a prestigious and seamless experience turned into a chaotic, stressful, and embarrassing ordeal.
We spent over an hour trying to locate our tickets — reaching out to multiple ticketing staff (none of whom spoke English), sending numerous emails, and messaging your Instagram page repeatedly in hopes of reaching someone who could assist us. Eventually, my business partner managed to get a security guard to contact your office directly, and only then were our tickets finally issued.
By the time we gained entry and reached our seats, it was already Lap 29. We had flown from Bali, India, and Japan specifically to attend this event, only to miss nearly half the race — an inexcusable situation given the premium price we paid and the professionalism we expected from the official F1 Experiences program.
This experience was unacceptable on every level, both from an organisational and customer service standpoint.
