Poor F1 Experiences Team,

Dear F1 Experiences Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience my group and I encountered during the Mexico City Grand Prix. Our tickets were purchased under the (Order # and we never received the email containing our tickets. As directed, we collected our passes from the Marriott Hotel and successfully attended the Pit and Paddock Day on October 24th with no issues — all ten of us were granted entry using our official lanyards and passes.

However, on Sunday, October 26th, when we arrived at 12:30 PM for the main race, security refused us entry, stating that we required physical tickets in addition to the lanyards. We were sent from Entrance 1 to Entrance 6, during which time a taxi driver took advantage of the situation and charged us USD 100 for the short trip, seeing our desperation.

We are a professional event company that purchased 10 premium tickets and brought celebrity influencers to experience F1 through your program. What should have been a prestigious and seamless experience turned into a chaotic, stressful, and embarrassing ordeal.

We spent over an hour trying to locate our tickets — reaching out to multiple ticketing staff (none of whom spoke English), sending numerous emails, and messaging your Instagram page repeatedly in hopes of reaching someone who could assist us. Eventually, my business partner managed to get a security guard to contact your office directly, and only then were our tickets finally issued.

By the time we gained entry and reached our seats, it was already Lap 29. We had flown from Bali, India, and Japan specifically to attend this event, only to miss nearly half the race — an inexcusable situation given the premium price we paid and the professionalism we expected from the official F1 Experiences program.

This experience was unacceptable on every level, both from an organisational and customer service standpoint.

Thrill of the F1 Cars

Harrison Wignall is great everytime I’ve asked for specific races / packages he ensures he delivers, the Ferrari Paddock at Silverstone to Baku and then the House 44 at Monza! What an experience to be so close to the drivers / cars to really get such a great experience.

Exceptional always and I’m definitely coming back next year! Will always use F1 Experiences and Harrison.

Seating

The ambience, the staff, the set up all great. We did not like the seating at our table to much. It was a little cramped and people passed on the left and right the table. On one side between the wall and our table. The other (being correct) was clear.

Furthermore, on the first day at the beginning we were lead to the wrong table. A little uncomfortable, as some people watching over the table were not so nice. But guests not staff.

Excellent trip to F1 GP in Austin. Amazing event. Well organised. Thanks to the great people at FI Experiences who helped me through the process of selecting the right tickets/package. Particular thanks to Kai who couldn't have been more helpful in guiding me through the process.

Terrible Experience!

Terrible Experience!
Extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Evan. He rushed me off the phone during a last-minute ticket purchase and said his colleague Harrison would finalize the deal — I never heard back. My flights to Mexico City for the F1 are already booked, and now their website is down while all Champions Club section seats are sold out elsewhere. Overpriced tickets and unprofessional service — overall a terrible experience.

Paid 26,000 USD, tickets not received

I had been a guest of Paddock Club at Formula1 races multiple times before, with other providers (not F1 Experience).

This year, formula1.com directed my request to F1 Experience, and I booked tickets with F1 Experience for 26,000 USD and paid in full months before the event date.

In the contract, it was clearly mentioned that the tickets will be shipped (quote: “Ship To: (address)”).

In every previous year, tickets had been shipped to me by other providers, and I had happily attended Paddock Club and enjoyed the race.

F1 Experience even updated my shipping address some months prior to the event.

After hearing nothing from them until 2 weeks prior to the race, they sent me a message that I would "have to" pick up the tickets multiple miles away from the event, in the middle of the city which was widely closed for traffic, due to the race.

I objected and requested the shipping of the tickets, as it had been agreed to months before.

They refused. Instead, their support staff tried to gaslight me by telling various ever-changing stories why the shipping of the tickets was, allegedly, impossible. All of these stories were untrue.

The reasons they presented me (in chronogolical order):
- First, they claimed they were unable to ship the tickets due to “DHL restrictions”. Fact: Not true. There are no “DHL restrictions”.
- After that, they claimed they were unable to ship the tickets because it was “too late” (2 weeks prior to the race). Fact: Not true. DHL / Fedex / UPS shipping time to me: 1-2 days. Even if shipping from anywhere else, even if from the remotest island in the world, it would have taken max. 7 days.
- After that, they claimed the tickets would be “held in customs” and therefore cannot be sent. Fact: It’s normal to pay customs for a shipment, nothing to worry about and no problem at all. I would have paid any amount of customs charges. I never incited them to do a customs violation or anything else - it sounds like they were implying this. (Apart from that, all previous' years' tickets were not "held in customs".)
- Finally, they just flat out refused to ship the tickets and claimed that they were not obliged to to so. Fact: Not true. In their contract, signed by them and me, it states “shipping”.

It was very telling that the supposed reason for non-shipping kept changing whenever the previous pack of untruths fell apart.

Every email from their so-called Guest Services dripped with condescension - arrogant, belittling, and talking down to me as if I were clueless, like talking to a stupid child instead of a customer.

Instead of doing the obvious, just sending my tickets after I had asked multiple times (even begged them) to do it, they decided not to send them - without any reason, and even brush me off in a very disgusting manner.

Probably they wanted to save the max. 100 USD courier fees and not send them to me (the customer who was purchased two of the most expensive tickets for this race).

Final result:

I didn’t receive the tickets.
I didn’t attend the event.
I paid 26,000 USD for nothing.

So what was supposed to be a fun holiday weekend (as every year), turned out to be a nightmare, cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

After the event, it felt that they even tried to make fun of my loss by sending me multiple messages, asking if I had enjoyed the race, if I wanted to book again for next year (!).

This ill-treatment, the felt post-race mockery and disparagement was the worst of the whole situation, even worse than paying money for nothing.

Actually, I was planning to go to Paddock Club evey year, as it has been very enjoyable in all last years (actually one of the best events in the world), possibly for at least the next 20 - 30 years. Multiply this by 20,000 to 30,000 USD ticket cost per year, and you can calculate the losses that F1 Experience will incur by mis-treatment of their high paying customer (me). Obviously the staff that wanted to save the courier fee (see above) underestimated this completely:

Well done, for a one-time gain of 26,000, they are losing hundreds of thousands.

All this misery could have been avoided if F1 Experience had just made the expense of max. 100 USD and sent me the tickets I had paid for. Tickets would have arrived, I would have attended this year and in all future years.

So be very careful when booking anything through F1 Experiences. Be prepared to lose everything and to be even mocked by their employees after that.

EDIT: It was a 3 day package for Paddock Club for 2 persons, with some additional stuff. So approx. 13,000 USD per person. No hotel or anything like that.

First time using F1 Experiences

First time using F1 Experiences and definitely not the last.

A wide variety of race options available and the whole booking process was smooth and straightforward. The ability to make stage payments was also greatly appreciated.

Excellent support provided both prior to the race weekend and at the actual event, with personnel on hand to address any questions.

Now have to decide on which race to attend in 2026. . .

Overall, thoroughly recommended.

Not cheap, but worth it!

We had a great time at Monza! The arrangements were great. Hotel was nice. Transportation well organized -- Monza is notoriously hard to get into and out of, but it was quite manageable with the provided bus transport.

The hospitality suites were super nice, and the food was amazing. Great service too, everyone very friendly, and the Moet kept flowing. Plus some of the activities were very cool -- riding and walking the old parabolica, doing the pit lane walk, and going down in the pits and see things from up close.

It wasn't cheap, but I feel I got value for the money.

Starter package at Monza a disappointment from Start to Finish.

We booked the “Starter” package at Monza, which is the cheapest package they do, and it is clear that F1 Experiences don’t care about the customers on this package. The whole experience was a disappointment from start to finish.

After previously being advised we would get tickets 6-8 weeks before the event, and then 10 days, then 7 days, we eventually received them the Saturday before, when we were flying to Milan on the Sunday. These tickets needed printing, but with no printer, I had to make a trip into work on the Sunday morning to print the tickets - adding more stress to our journey.

Our seats were in Grandstand 22, which was the only really highlight of our experience.

The meeting point for experience however was on the start/finish straight after all of the on track activity had finished, meaning that everyone else was exiting the circuit and stewards had closed the accesses to facilitate the egress of everyone on the track.

This meant that we had to walk for over an hour, battling against crowds and being turned around at various checkpoints, which was incredibly dangerous in hindsight - having to battle against the crowd going over one of the pedestrian bridges, one slip and we could have been crushed!
Given the amount of people in our grandstand on the Starter package, a representative of F1 Experiences should have met us at GS22 and escorted us through. We eventually arrived stressed and hot, and had no time for dinner (as most vendors had closed) and no food was provided by F1 Experiences.

We had to walk for over an hour, and clocked up nearly 4km just to get from our grandstand to the meeting point. We are relatively fit people so could just about manage it (we clocked up 32,000 steps this day), if anyone had been disabled or elderly, I don’t think they could have managed this and there appeared to be no plan from F1 Experiences.

The track tour took place as the sun was setting, and the pit lane visit took place afterwards. We were advised we would have until 9.30pm to see all we wanted to, so we took our time taking photos and enjoying the experience, but were then asked to leave at 9.20pm, meaning we missed seeing the top 3 garages, which was hugely disappointing. The whole reason we picked this package was for the pit lane, but didn’t get to see the garages of the teams we support (Ferrari and McLaren). At this point the staff were rude, particularly a female member of staff.

We also expressed our stress and disappointment of getting to the Experience (as set out above) but the staff member didn’t care and was dismissive as “they had the same experience getting in” like that’s meant to be okay?!

The finishing time of the event also meant that the shuttle buses provided by the circuit had finished for the day so had no way to get back to the train station (which was over a hours walk away). We found a public bus that went to the station, but f1 experiences representative could not tell us the best way to get there, or even what gates to the circuit were still open at that point, they just wanted us to leave.

We paid a significant amount of money for this package, much more than regular grandstand tickets, and whilst we did experience the additional packages, the actual experience fell far short of expectations, from receiving the tickets late and having to make a special trip into work to print them, to the attitude of the staff on the evening, and the stress of getting to the meeting point, and having to leave earlier than advised.

Finally, the choices of “free gift” available from F1 Authentics was again, a disappointment, a choice of 2 red bull caps or a Williams key ring, really?! For the Italian GP? It feels like a joke at this point!!

We will not be using F1 Experiences again, and nor will we be recommending you to our friends, who regularly attend F1 events. This was our 5th GP, and already have 2 booked for next year - not through F1 Experiences, so you have lost potential customers for years to come, but hey; we only booked the cheapest package so why would they care?!

I have raised these concerns with F1 Experiences already and was offered a hollow apology and told we should have raised our concerns with them on the night?! Given that there was no guest services presence at our grandstand, nor at the various checkpoints we were turned around at, I’m not sure how we could have?! When we eventually got there was did raise it with a tall English male representative who just dismissed our concerns like they were nothing.

The entire F1 Experience team Thank you for a Memory of Lifetime

The entire F1 Experience team truly went out of their way to make sure I had an incredible experience. Specifically, Brian Haines, my sales agent, was extremely helpful in planning the trip by keeping in touch with me throughout the process until I left for the race. When I arrived at Monza, the onsite team was incredibly helpful as this was my first F1 race. Drake and his team did an amazing job of adjusting my Paddock schedule, so I had the opportunity to meet my teams. Everyone was professional, positive and committed to providing a great experience. I will definitely be booking another experience.

We went to Monza in Sept 2025

We went to Monza in Sept. 2025 and it was an amazing event. We had the best support from Kai Murray at F1 Experiences before the race and the best support from F1 Experiences staff during the race weekend at Monza. I can only recommend F1 experiences to anyone going to a F1 race.

One star in a review is one too many!
I've been to many F1 Grand Prixs and, thank goodness, always booked with other providers.
The tickets for the Monza Grand Prix were absolutely not worth the price. The view was very restricted, which I obviously took photos of.
If you'd like to see them, please send me a private message.
I realize that not all seats can have the same view, but selling them at the regular price is dubious.
The seats with restricted views are numbered, meaning it's known which seats are affected, but it's up to the customer to decide whether they want to purchase these tickets.
And at the regular price, too!
Guys, please don't make the same mistake we did and book with them.
Transferring your hard-earned money to such a dubious company makes no sense, especially since they are completely innocent and will continue to do so! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
