Hungarian GP 2025
I'd never been to an F1 Grand Prix so decided after several months of searching the internet to go with F1 Experiences, I can't thank them enough as the whole trip went very smoothly. We had a centrally located hotel with breakfast included, transfers to & from the track, a walk in the pitt lanes followed by photos with the trophies and finally a trip round the circuit. Our seats were on the last bend before the finish line so we had a fab view of the race track. We also saw a few of the drivers before the races at heroes square 😉 If it's your first trip to a GP I'd definitely recommend doing a package with F1 Experiences as they do everything for you so you can relax and enjoy the whole experience. I will definitely be using and recommending F1 Experiences in the future. Thanks again F1 Experiences for a fabulous time in Hungary 🇭🇺 😀

Transport coaches were on time and great for avoiding any parking issues. Hotel A1. Highly recommend this, you will not be disappointed.
Feedback for f1 experiences
The whole atmosphere around the experience was great and lively, the staff was helpful and friendly, and there were a lot of opportunities to see and meet the drivers and paddock stuff. It would be a pleasure to attend the event once again at different circuits.

We had a really great weekend and very much enjoyed our F1 Experience Ardennes Club Gold experience! I think this package is one of the best ones offered:
- The F1 Experience team onsite was so kind and on top of everything;
- The Ardennes Club had a perfect location, with a great view of the track;
- We loved the seats in Gold 2 grandstand;
- The food at Ardennes Club was delicious and always plenty!
- The catering staff was so professional and kind. I felt very well taken care of!
- The access to the F2 and F3 paddock was such a nice addition. It was so cool to walk around and see the F2 and F3 cars so close and even managed to spot a few F2/F3 drivers, as well as see some F1 staff, TPs and drivers entering the F1 paddock. We could also be super close to the F1 pitlane during practice/qualifying/race and it was so amazing to see the action from so close.
- The Thursday experience is definitely one of my favorite memories of my entire life so far: it was unbelievably cool to see the cars from so close, to see the teams practising their pit stops, to see them work on the car. As a bonus, we saw some of the drivers in the garages or coming out to the grid for the memorial run. The track tour was also so great! The two hosts (I forgot their names, but he was a Portugese racing driver and she was English) had really nice insights into the track, the organisation of the weekend,...
I cannot recommend F1 experiences ENOUGH!!
Wow wow wow!! Kai is an absolute rockstar and without him we wouldn't have had as smooth and easy as an experience. We attended SPA and all I can say is F1 Experiences are easily the BEST and NUMBER ONE formula one provider. We chose the hero gold package with hotel and transfers add on and everything was perfect. If you are in doubt- DONT BE!! Kai and the overall experience is the number one reason that we will be using F1 experiences for all races going forward. We had a taste of the champions club with our experience on Friday night and will 100% be going for at least a champions club at any race going forward. Thank you Kai!
The SPA F1 Experience was the best yet…
The SPA F1 Experience was the best yet and my favourite from the 30+ years of attending F1 around the world.
Hospitality, food and beverage was first class and the experiences provided (photo safari, driver talks, viewing areas etc) were the best.
Special mention and thanks goes out to the Engineering Hub team. Gorka, Dylan and Daniel were exceptional. Super knowledgeable and entertaining.
Of course, also a big thanks to Harley Virtue, through whom we continue to book our F1 Experiences, for putting it all together.

Harley is always great to work with, offering advice when asked and sharing his expertise on each of the different races. He is quick to answer questions either by email or is happy to set up a phone call. We plan to book a different race weekend every year!
Poor Experience for the Price – Poor Communication and No Accountability
My partner and I purchased an ultra-premium hospitality package for the Monaco Grand Prix, spending several tens of thousands of dollars with the expectation of receiving a premium and well-managed experience.
One particular experience, which was clearly advertised as part of the package and which we were especially looking forward to, was never provided. I reached out to the organizers several times in the weeks leading up to the event to ask how to access it and was told that more information would be shared closer to the date — but nothing ever came. During the event itself, no one on-site was able to offer any guidance, and we ultimately missed out entirely.
After the race weekend, I raised a formal complaint. I received a single reply acknowledging that the experience had not been delivered and that the issue had been escalated to Formula One Management. I was told a resolution would be provided “early next week.” That was several weeks ago, and I haven’t heard a word since — despite follow-up emails.
At this price point, I expected professionalism, transparency, and at the very least, accountability. Instead, I’ve experienced false advertising, poor communication, and complete silence. It’s unacceptable for any company — let alone one offering a five-figure luxury package — to treat customers this way.
I would strongly caution anyone considering similar packages to think twice.
Update: After weeks of silence and ignored emails, I finally received a response shortly after posting this review (probably just a coincidence…). They are now claiming that the experience was unavailable to me because it was “first come, first served” and demand was too high. This completely contradicts what I was told before the event — I explicitly asked if registration was required and was clearly told it wasn’t (I have the emails to prove this).
In addition, I asked multiple staff members on-site about the experience as soon as I arrived on the first day, and none of them had any idea what I was talking about. It’s very clear to me that they are now blatantly lying to cover up their failure to deliver what was advertised.
They did offer a so-called solution: I should purchase another package in the future, and then they will ensure I get the experience I already paid for the first time. Yes — that is literally the solution they offered.
I am 99% certain this experience was never actually made available, which clearly amounts to false advertising. Any honest company would take responsibility and offer a real solution. Not F1 Experiences. Instead, they show no accountability, lie to customers, and expect you to spend more money to make up for their mistakes.
This was the most I’ve ever spent on a sporting event — and I have been to a lot of them — but it is the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Great Experience with Some Issues
Hotel:
o The room was extremely small for three adults, and I would never book a room like this even if there were only two of us. Certainly not a five-star hotel type of room
o On quite a few occasions we smelled pot in our room. Once it was because the room attendant decided to open our windows. During the last day of stay the smell of pot got into the room as soon as we turned on the air conditioner.
o The distance from the hotel to the bus pick-up location was 10-15min, which wasn’t easy for some elderly people in our group.
o The streets we walked through in the morning on the way to the bus pick-up smelled of urine. On one occasion during the morning walk to the bus we ran into an either high or a drunk person carried by two other individuals. This wasn’t exactly a pleasant experience in an old city.
o During the check-in I noticed that the restaurant opening did not coincide with the pick up time and we would not have enough time to have breakfast before getting on the bus, especially on Sunday when the pick-up time is much earlier than during the first two days. It looked like hotel staff were not aware of the schedule. However, they were able to correct it and the restaurant was opened earlier to accommodate F1 Experiences customers. While I was not staying in Holiday Inn, based on the announcement by the F1 Experiences staff on the way back from the track, as of Saturday night, it was still not clear if the hotel would be able to open restaurant early for breakfast on Sunday to accommodate F1 Experiences. Hopefully, this was resolved.
o With all these issues, I do have to give the hotel staff credit for being extremely polite and helpful.
Transportation:
o Transportation was anything, but smooth as F1 Experiences advertises. We certainly had a better experience with transportation.
o On Friday, our driver missed the special entrance for buses and had to drive around and stand in traffic with other cars. We got to the track more than 30 min later than other buses.
o On Saturday, our driver, although standing in front of other buses, decided to leave last and got stuck in traffic. In addition, by the time he got to the track the road leading to the parking lot was blocked and we had to get off and walk to the shuttle stop at triple the usual distance. Again, we got to the Paddock club at least 30 min later than the rest of the patrons.
o The distance between bus parking and Paddock shuttle stop was further than at any other tracks we have been and up the hill. Many elderly folks struggled walking this distance.
o The shuttle service was chaotic and there were not enough shuttles. The shuttle services stopped at 6pm, way before the Paddock Club closing and last activity on the track. F1 Experiences rep Nicole was able to arrange for a special shuttle after 6pm through her connections with the track security. On Sunday morning, only one shuttle was running, which created a long waiting line.
Paddock Club/Hospitality
o Upon arrival at the Paddock club on Friday, due to the bus arriving late, we could not book a Track Tour as the first session was fully booked and we couldn’t get to the evening session as it was scheduled after the bus return to the hotel. The same happened on Saturday. Fortunately, Nicole came through again and was able to get me and my family passes to the first session. However, many fellow F1 Experiences clients were not so lucky and completely missed this fun experience.
o When we got to the hospitality suite on Friday, we were seated all the way in the back with a very limited view, with my back against the fire extinguisher. After complaining to the F1 Experiences team, we were put in a more central location with a better view and access to the balcony.
o Other than these two issues, everything else was great at the club: service, food, F1 Experiences team, paddock access, etc.
Gift
o The gift selection was the worst ever. There was nothing to pick from except for a few pictures and hats, and a couple of pens.
o The link to the gifts did not work for me. I contacted the Memento Group with this issue. They did respond promptly. However, they could not fix the issue and sent me a separate link to the catalog and asked to respond to email with my selections so they could place an order. They were able to order only one item, as other items were gone by the time they were ready to order them for me. Fortunately, Kirsty, their Customer Service Executive, offered to wait until they restock the inventory. I ordered the last gift a couple of days ago as it just became available. It literally took me a month to complete the order for all three items.
I understand that it requires a huge coordination. However, the price tag is not small, so expectations are set accordingly, especially when I have had great experiences many times before.

Everything about the experience - from working with Kai to purchase the package I wanted - to hotel check-in, transportation to and from the track, the hospitality, every one of the team members we encountered - was top notch. I will definitely book another experience package through them for the next race!

Absolutely awesome F1 weekend
That was definitely the best event I've ever experienced. Both I and the kids loved every minute. We experienced the track up close, went on a track tour, pit lane walk, grid walk and Paddock Tour. The parking was easy, the surroundings were great. House 44 was very well appointed and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We also met more celebrities than you could have imagined. The highlights being Lewis Hamilton, Damson Edris and Tom Holland.
In terms of admin, F1 Experiences made the booking and ticket administration so easy and slick. They were incredibly helpful and I'd like to thank Harley for being absolutely excellent. We'll be booking again next year, as the experience was worth every penny 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Austrian Grand Prix - Best of the Best!
Where do I begin. From start to finish - our experience at the Austrian Grand Prix was perfection. Kia Murray, was above and beyond from when we first inquired about paddock tickets to making sure we had everything needed leading up to the race. He is hands down one of the best customer representatives we have ever worked with.
This was our first Grand Prix and it exceeded all expectations. From parking, to food, to service to accessibility there was never a moment we did not have what we needed for all 3 days of the race. We could not have asked for anything better and is a race we will cherish for a lifetime.

Our experience at the Canadian Grand Prix was awesome!! We got to walk the pit lane, drive around the track, and see several drivers before the race weekend even started! The hotel and transportation shuttle made the weekend so easy. We look forward to doing it again!
