I joined this site with every intention of becoming a genuine customer I was lured by the free five pound offer and also deposited from my bank account I played all day and the next and built the kitty up to 70 pounds but as soon as I wanted to withdraw there was an issue with verification of my id bear in mind I had deposited from my bank account they didn’t ask for verification then just when I wanted something from them any way
I contacted the company via phone call email and appalling live chat and kept getting emails saying the pictures aren’t good enough but they’re good enough when I applied for my passport 😂 sent the picture five times WITH MY ARM SHOWING and the ID NEXT TO MY FACE from the latest iPhone and they still weren’t good enough but it was good enough for trust pilot verified in two seconds flat laughable honestly please don’t sign up the other reviews are absolutely spot on about it being a rip off they are a con company and are probably banking on people to deposit there money first then create issues when they want to withdraw If possible I will post my live chats with them to show you the kind of service you get and also will show all the emails if possible

Fabulous Bingo is not so fabulous, don't be surprised to wait around for hours on live support only for your chat support to end because you opened a different tab. Whoever is behind this website is shockingly incompetent, live agents also fail to properly read your query and in turn, come up with a half-assed solution. Don't forget, when you opt into any of their promos, such as Bingo and Slots you'll be wagering your cash balance before your bonus balance. I'm completely baffled by how they are able to exist and operate as a casino.

Absolute scam of a company. Originally joined sunbingo.com and then received emails from this company offering me a £5 free no deposit bingo bonus. Joined, no bonus received, and email twice, no response.
I then stupidly took advantage of their welcome offer, received free spins for a below average slot, but no sight of the the bingo bonus, and even more stupidly, deposited a further £80, and still no sight of the promised bonuses.
I presumed with this company being affiliated with sunbingo.com, I wouldn't have these issues.
It is impossible to access the live chat facility, and no response by email. Absolute disgrace and I will be reporting to the relevant governing bodies.

Complete joke of a site after depositing over £500, I get logged out the unable to log back in saying I have entered wrong password .. So click on forgotten password link Guess what don't work..
