Prompt delivery of samples and good quality

Driver claims he left goods outside house and they were not there when we arrived home also falsified my signature to say we signed for the goods and we did not. Made contact with company and said basically call the police and would not help me. Will be reporting to credit card company

Delivery very fast. Good quality.

Had to make a last minute order on Friday to allow for shortfall in original order of herringbone parquet. The online soonest delivery date was the following Tuesday. I phoned and spoke with Jay who amended the date to Monday. Amazing - happy days! But even better, the delivery actually arrived the next day, Saturday. What brilliant customer service!!!

Very pleased, received samples within a few days and just having work done at the moment and then will be ordering.

Great flooring good quality and friendly delivery

I orderd on June 13th with a delivery of a 3-5days delivery turn around. I rung three times and on friday made the last call to this company. I was spoken over, not listened to and also was told if I rung Friday - if still no delivery - that they would call the couriers. I did that and the guy was so rude I just had to end the call. He would not contact couriers. They say they use an external courier company - well I paid you not an outside courier company - so this is down to your comapny who I paid to resolve. I was then told I had to email. I have - and they said they are waiting for the couriers to contact them back. But I just have to wait here like a plum. I asked for a refund of delivery as the time scale wasn't met. I am still waiting a response for everything. Your operator staff are rude, your whole companies attitude is wrong and off putting. You think you have the gift of the gab. As customers we just want answers. All now I haven't recieved anything. And also dont bother ask for a manager as they simply say they are "on holiday". It is very embarrassing for you to have so many negative complaints. So now I just want a refund so I can go else where. I don't want a cocky response on here as honestly its not appreciated. You have failed with your commitments. Also asking for a review before I even received the flooring is so cheeky. I chose one star for this review but honestly it deserves MINUS 10 stars. So stressful and I cant believe I gave my prescious time to such a let down company.

After posting my review - within 30 minutes a man name Adam phoned me from the compnay and we talked. To be fair - I said I would update my review as the flooring was apparently out for delivery this evening. I said I would update, and I am.
I was given a two hour time slot which within that time the flooring was delivered from XPD couriers. I still didn't receive texts from the couriers until delivery - which u have to access to create a QR code for delivery team to scan, so I am not sure why I haven't had updates by texts from the couriers until delivery. The delivery men were helpful and poilte. Adam at the flooring company listened to my concerns and offerded a full delivery refund to which I am appreciative and I am waiting for, and will update my review again when I receive the delivery fee.
After having a real stressful time with this company, Adam at the flooring company did at least try to do as much as possible to resolve my issues and in the end I got the flooring. The refund and what the quality is like will be updated on here when I receive the refund, and have the flooring layed. Thanks to Adam so far.....
One thing I will say is the "text updates" from couriers need to be addressed - as surely the couriers need confirmation someone will be in to receive goods or its a wasted journey for them.! So far actual delivery of goods I give 4/5 stars.

I now change my overall experience to 3.5 stars.
Very stressful at the beginning but tried there best at the end to sort things out.

Update: Really pleased with my flooring, and actually ordered flooring for 2 more rooms..

Since my last message, my sample arrived and Adam from factory direct flooring got in touch apologising for the delay and explaining the problem lay with Evri.
From the sample the vinyl looks great and good value too. Many thanks.

Hi I was very pleased with Factory Direct Flooring.
I received my sample laminate flooring very quickly and loved the quality and colour , but I obviously wasn’t the only one impressed as it was out of stock 😒 so reluctantly I had to make other pickings else where .
I received full money back straight away . Susan

22-6-2026 - Update issued - Having given the after sales team an extremely poor review I was personally contacted by Adam, who I believe is the office manager. What a amazing turnaround. WELL DONE ADAM.
He was extremely apologetic, and dealt with the matter without hesitation to support my needs. Even waved the fees given the unfortunate circumstances. If only his team had done this a few days ago.
I will again review this and give Adam a 5 STAR review once goods have been received as agreed. Though I have no reason to doubt Adam.
Well done Adam and please see your after sales team get some much needed training.

The delivery guy left a large wooden pallet outside the building. We were unable to determine whether the items were damaged, as a note explicitly states in bold that the package must be delivered intact. Additionally, no assistance was offered with lifting, and we are left with a substantial wooden pallet that cannot be recycled on-site. Bad service!
