Excellent professional job. Had a conservatory roof fitted and Fairview have been excellent from start to finish.

Sales person was knowledgable and not pushy, the 2 men that fitted the roof were professional and did a quality job. Plasterer and Electrician top notch and the 2 men who came to do the final fix were brilliant.

I would highly recommend this company, I suspect they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We wanted a quality job which is what we got. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish , from choosing the design I wanted to getting a quote within 24 hours . Measured up and installed within about 4 weeks . The workmen left it all tidy after they had finished and I love my new windows and doors .

In the last five months we have had two new doors and four new windows fitted by 'Fairview Windows Ltd'. We have now had all our windows and doors replaced by 'Fairview' within the last twelve months.
From the first phone call of January 2024 to the final installation of February 2025, everything was perfect. We are truly delighted with the final results. I rarely write a review but after this experience I just need to. We have recently renovated our home and had such terrible service and tradesmen I had almost lost faith in the industry. We then chose Fairview to replace our front door and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I cannot rate them highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone...in fact I just did to our neighbour!

When a roof panel on my 35 year old conservatory slid out of place I contacted Fairview Windows Ltd. I was quoted a very reasonable price to dismantle and remove my old conservatory, then erect a new one on top of the existing brick walls. With such a favourable price I decided to have them replace the window and door at the rear of my garage. The two man team who installed the window and door also dismantled the old conservatory, then constructed the new one. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient in every aspect of the work undertaken, an asset and a credit to Fairview. Once the work was completed it was inspected by Chris the managing director who took the time for a chat over a cup of coffee. Every aspect of this project was handled in an extremely professional manner. Now I am the proud owner of an excellent new conservatory and would certainly recommend Fairview Windows Ltd.

Really impressed by the whole experience of having my window replaced with a door. Superb communication throughout with advice. Extremely quick fitting and they left the site clean at the end of each day. High quality job for a great price. Would absolutely use this company again.

We’ve used Fairview for many many years. The first time was to fit double glazing to the house, followed some years later by a conservatory, then soffits and guttering and then putting a solid roof on the conservatory they’d fitted years before. They have always offered us a fair and excellent service and that is why we keep going back. I know I can rely on them. My most recent contact with Fairview has been to replace some of the units that have started to fail in our double glazed windows because of their age (I should really be replacing them). Once again I’ve been offered excellent service and a no job is too small approach. Thanks to all staff I’ve been in touch with and particularly Norman who always does a fantastic job. Our windows look amazing again. Thank you.

Fairview windows amazing no pressure quote got everything I wanted at a reasonable price installation when like clockwork top job very happy.

From start to finish we received an exceptional service from fairview. We have had 2 bay windows installed at my elderly father in laws and fairview went above and beyond to accommodate what we needed. From initial contact to installation we had a turn around of approximately 6 weeks. The fitting team on the day were absolutely amazing. They were polite, helpful, pleasant, understanding, clean and tidy and the new windows look fantastic - exceptional all round.

I've used Fairview twice now, they are exceptional all-round. The thing that stands out for me though is the customer service, had a slight issue with my door and the installer came out and resolved it straight away.

Great service & top quality fitting to a professional standard.

We have used fairview windows a few times now and wont go anywhere else from now on. Everytime we have used them i cant fault them on anything the work thats carried out is 2nd to none absolutly exceptional standerd, they keep everywhere clean after they have finished and are all very polite.
Choose fairview windows and you wont be dissaponted

Has two installations by Fairview windows either side of Covid. The first installation left the house like a building site with dust and rubble everywhere due to whizzing brickwork whilst the old windows were out. Dressing table ruined by solvent equipment resting on it. Installation was so bad all the windows were removed and replaced 3 months later. Not once did a manger call to the house to see what we had been left with. No offer to clean the house or repair any damage. A bunch of flowers. Second part of installation involved a kitchen door. When ordered it was stressed that the kitchen floor was going to be tiled. We also informed them several times after. The wrong threshold was fitted and the only solution is for us to remove our existing kitchen floor.
The after sales is dire and I felt bullied on the phone. Constantly being shouted over and not allowed to speak. To add insult to injury they have photographed the house and plastered it all over the internet as a success story for their advertising without permission. I could not recommend this company.
