I have purchased a few bits off falcon 9, Ben is always happy to help he has sorted a few last minute items out days before a game . I've even persuaded friend to start using them from now on. A* for service and quality of the products.

I have recently returned to Airsoft after many years of not playing Aisoft , I had the pleasure of meeting Ben Falcon 9 at Cotswald Airsoft, he was helpful and knowledgeable about Airsoft and pointed me in the right direction of what I needed, I purchased a G&G M4, the Airsoft M4 was awsome straight ot the Box,
i will be using Falcon 9 to purchase my other products that a require for my new found love of Airsoft, the hole experience was awsome.

Spoke to Ben privately looking for advice, he took the time out of his day to help me as much as he could, including asking follow up questions and updates. Dealt with this company twice now and the customer service is outstanding , my first order arrived within 2 days and I put the second order in late but needed some of the gear for a game on Sunday so the owner Ben dropped it off to me himself on the Saturday as he was only an hour away , cannot fault them
