Family Building Society Reviews 

I opened an account with the Family Building Society yesterday; today I had difficulty logging into my account (my fault entirely, no reflection on the Building Society!). I rang up and my call was answered by a lovely lady called Sarah-Jayne. She was so friendly, helpful and patient with me as she stayed on the line with me and talked me through everything while I logged in. Very impressive customer service!! Happy to recommend the Family Building Society...and their interest rates are very good!

Found the application for an account rather long and confusing. However when I telephoned the Family Building Society for clarification I spoke to Sarah-Jane Vazquez-Phillips who was very pleasant and helpful and who managed to answer all my queries clearly and concisely.

Over the many years I’ve saved with the Family Building Society the staff have always been most efficient and courteous.
On this particular occasion I would like to specifically mention Ewan Watling, Family Service Team - he was extremely helpful and efficient, as indeed he was regarding a separate matter a few months ago.
My sincere thanks to you Ewan.
