My sister and I have received absolutely first class professional support, guidance and advice throughout
an extended period of time, seeking CHC on behalf of our mother. Every member of the team, with whom we had various communications with, were professional, courteous, and clear. The process is a challenging one and without their guidance, support and expert knowledge we would not have achieved the successful outcome that we did. We cannot recommend them enough.

Although an expense we had not accounted for, the support that we received both over the phone & during 'the meeting' with CHC made it an absolutely crucial cost, unfortunately worth paying.
The worry & trauma we were both experiencing was relieved because of Farleydwek's guidance, knowledge & experience.

All the staff we encountered at Farley Dwek were professional and helpful. The solicitor who handled our case gave us clear guidelines and regular updates. She was kind as well as knowledgeable about the complex procedure which I found particularly reassuring. Our case took about eighteen months to resolve, but we always felt we were in capable hands.

Whenever I speak to people about my experience with mum..which is often, I recount the conversation I had with you. That showed great integrity, and that you do care about those who are already living difficult life, and really need people to be supportive of them.

I have just completed a very long drawn out CHC claim for my deceased mother.

My husband, Alan, was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. The staff at Age UK recommended getting legal representation at the Multidisciplinary Team Meeting. I found Farley Dwek online. I was impressed that Andrew Farley rang me personally after my initial call. He said that Continuing Healthcare Funding is not impossible if you qualify. Subsequently, I never had trouble getting through to someone helpful, and Diane, the nurse who dealt with us, was clever, caring and helpful. I provided her with a lot of detail about Alan's needs and she used it to great effect. Prior to engaging Farley Dwek, I had dreaded the meeting, but they led me through the process and I felt confident with Diane there. We were successful and got the CHC for Alan. The fee was well worth it, considering the eye-watering cost of care. I have recommended them to my friend. Thank you to everyone at Farley Dwek.

Initially communications were prompt and efficient. We had previously been refused CHC even though I was struggling to find a home for him as all but one home said his care was "too complex". We paid over £3k to FD for advice & Nurse Assessment only to be told that they thought Dad wouldn't qualify even though he had by this time got an additional diagnoses of Mixed Dementia. Did get the impression that had we been in the closer to their regional base they may have taken our case further. The Nurse Assessor said on several occasions that they had no experience of dealing with Midlands CCG?ICBs

It is a great shame that having recommended this company to a friend they were useless, took a long time to do nothing and charged £3000.
